I would not recommend this store at all very poor customer service . They had my new wheelchair for repair for several months . The store owner is very rude also ....

We've had very good service at Mobility in Motion in Cambridge, both installing our Joey lift and follow-up service and enhancements. The manager, Chris Rose is very busy, but provides good advice and guidance on options. Jamie, the installer is excellent.

Great people when you call or go to the store. I asked about a 2 week rental and was told $40 but when we got there it had in a few hours became $80 the same as a month. We reluctantly rented it as it seemed pricey. A week later our children purchased us a new wheelchair that is much more compact, lighter, is in much better condition, the rental is ragged and loose. I called today to say we really don't need it anymore, perhaps you could rent it to someone else and Jackie says read the back of what your husband signed, not refunds so feel free to return but we will not offer any money back. Never again, there are numerous places around where you can rent and we have a new one that I can actually maneuver by myself. Sad when a business feels obligated to abuse seniors who are disabled.
