I highly recommend the Vernon, B.C. location. From the start I had excellent service. It was less than a week from my request for an estimate to when they came out. The quote was ready in 2 days. I had 4 windows in my house replaced. The workmanship was well done. For one window the wall had to be cut a bit bigger and a precise cut was done. They were also very careful to not leave a mess behind. I have nothing negative to say about this company. Very pleased with the service I got and happy with my new windows.

I had my passenger side car window smashed (broken into) and this company installed the used window I found the next morning. That's not the amazing part! They also cleaned the duct tape off my car (tried to put plastic over the window... Didn't work!) AND vacuumed up the broken smashed glass I couldn't scoop up... As well as vacuuming my 2 year olds crumbs off the back seat and throwing away my little bag of garbage I keep in the back ( hello 2 year old! Lol) also when I picked it up they had placed his little stuffed bear and lion toy on back window ledge. Felt the love for sure! ♥️ they installed the window and tidied it up as well. Really cheered me up so thank you !!

Excellent Service and faster than Speedy

I've dealt with Crystal Glass on two occasions so far and both have been great. Timely service and it is very convenient that they are open on Saturdays when a lot of places aren't. I've had great experiences both times and would recommend them for ICBC glass claims.

Always have had a great experience dealing with Crystal Glass (various locations), the Vernon location is no exception. They fixed my rock chipped windshield in 20 minutes, at a very reasonable price. The least I could do is give a good Google review. Thank you Crystal Glass Vernon.

Called in the morning and they got me in for the afternoon to replace my windshield. Hillary at the front desk was very polite and knowledgeable. The shop was clean and Kevin did a remarkable job on the installation. I would highly recommend them and definitely come back again. Thanks for the top notch service.

Great service, and love my new windshield. The only thing I didn't like was the complimentary air freshener - it took me awhile to figure out the smell I was gagging from all the way home was from that and not the windshield adhesive. Maybe check with customers before you put one of those in, I am not even especially sensitive to scents, but a lot of people are.

I went in to get two small pieces of glass for a school project for my son. They custom cut some scrap glass to size for me promptly, then sent me on my way free of charge. Friendly and helpful!
