DICK'S Sporting Goods

Awful experience. Slow Tuesday evening, employees everywhere (had to be 3 to 1 ratio employees to customers) and no one would help customers. I fully came in intending to by new running shoes….except the 3+ folks working did not seem interested in helping anyone buy. When the one style I picked was not in my size girl literally said we don’t have it and walked away! I found some on the sale rack, but check out clerk kid was so uninterested (my transaction failed and in 3 seconds he forgot I’d had one and started over as if I just walked up. Was actually startled I said, but I just ran my card and it said approved). By the time he figured out I was disgusted with Dick’s, the hiring manager who hired all the too cool for school z’s wandering around in green shirts and decided to return the shoes immediately. When I did I had to stand in line while one clerk checked people out and three stood watching espn. I will NEVER spend a dime in that horrible establishment.

Great store for hunting gear and sports equipment

POOR POOR POOR. Sent me out with 2 bikes with tiers at 20PSI as apposed to the needed 55-60. Loose handle bars-my son fell into Hoyte lake as the handle bars shifted while riding. 5 out of 10 mile slow roll before I /my team was able to figured out the PIS was not correct. It was physically exhausting and embarrassing on both accounts. This is after waiting 2 days for the bikes to be prepared for pick up. I told them many times that they needed to be road ready and safe!!!

Beautiful store. Not a lot of deals but huge selection of just about everything including clothing, yeti products, shoes and sports equipment

The cashier was nice. She was to find about the Salute to service Bills jerseys. But it must of slipped her mind. Oh well. I'm happy with my purchase.

They had the folding chairs and folding canopy I went to get. Quick checkout even though there was a line.

Big store. Walked through it to get into the mall.

You think they would have had sales for Father's Day, Instead, I feel like they knew it was Father's Day, so didn't put anything on sale.
