They did a beautiful job repairing my Ram 1500 after it was side swiped in a hit and run. They gave me weekly updates and were very professional. The Scurfield shop did an excellent job!

I used Boyd’s recently for repairs on my bumper due to an accident at a parking lot. They’re one of the autobody stores listed by MPI. I’m very happy with the service they provided. They told me l didn’t have to take my car in for an estimate because MPI had already given me the estimate. All I had to do was give them the claim number and they pulled up everything. They’re very friendly and helpful and their service is EXCELLENT!! They gave me a ride to and fro and they called me to let me know when to expect my car. They also gave my car a THOROUGH WASH, including inside detail and washed the mats! I was so surprised by their high level of service. I would give them 10/10 stars!!

This is the second time I have gone through Boyd Autobody on Scurfield for repairs to my new vehicle! Last year I had a break-in and my window was smashed. This year my car was hit in a hit-and-run accident and I had a lot of body damage to both back and front bumpers. The customer service is top notch, I write this because I am also in the customer service industry and it’s extremely hard to find genuine service these days.They are quick, extremely reliable, friendly and they keep you up-to-date on the progress as they go along. I’m really impressed by Mike who has followed-up via telephone with me on numerous occasions without me having to chase anything down for an answer.This is truly one-of-a-kind expertise here. Hard to find places that have that sincere kindness, transparency + excellent communication.Free courtesy car both times I was without a vehicle. I have taken my vehicle here twice, once to replace the windshield and another time due to an accident and both times amazing service! Mike goes above and beyond in customer service and the workmanship is excellent. 12/10 and I would recommend to everyone!!!

I had a great experience with my vehicle repair. A courtesy car was ready for me when I arrive to drop my vehicle off. And all repairs were done in under two days . Great service staff are very easy to deal with and inform you with all the information you need.

Dropped by to see if they could do anything to remove/improve some light scratches on the hood of a car I’m about to sell. Not only did they get rid of the scratches (perfectly), they did so on very favourable financial terms. Exceeded my expectations!

Superior service attitude and service quality.This was my first complete experience from accident to car repair, and BOYD was the most important, but also the biggest surprise to me. Both the front desk staff and their owner, Mike, were very patient and welcoming. For a Chinese person, it was a great feeling of belonging.Their whole process is perfect and simple and fast. They explain very clearly and are very convenient.And the quality of the finish is amazing. When I saw the repaired car, it even felt newer than before. My wife and I were amazed. My car is repaired over there and now minor repairs are pending for 4 months. Obviously they get payment from mpi now they not interested in finishing it. Everytime same excuse waiting for parts.Not recommended at all.
