The watch repair service is great here! Jeremy was very helpful and resolved the job quickly. I couldn’t be happier. Also the location is conveniently in the downtown core. Have always loved the Bay.

My friend took his mother's watch there. The fellow at the counter knows his watches :-)Another watch he had taken there was sealed well so it would stay water proof.They may have to send your watch away to get it done properly

was here earlier today and the guy was awesome. didn’t catch his name but he had a ponytail. i brought in a sentimental watch and he really went above and beyond in fixing it… even though it’s not a good watch to begin with he handled it with so much care. can’t stress enough how helpful. will return for other repairs.

I brought a 18 inch Singapore chain 10 karat gold for repair. It took longer than I was told, and when they returned the chain there was half an inch of gold missing. When I brought the chain to another jeweler, they told me I should not wear it because the repair will most likely break a game very quickly. The company did not offer me a refund or any fair solution to make me whole.

Took a watch I've been wearing for more than 10 years everyday for a simple battery change, they told me the battery it had ( I always took it to the same place back in my home country, never had issues) was not the right one and not the official brand one, they replaced it with what they said was the official one and claimed that it should now work better (always worked as expected but okay).Ever since that the watch condensed water with a simple hand wash, I now took it to get checked elsewhere and it's over $200 to repair the damage as they didn't close it properly and the battery they put was too big so it goes dirty and wet.Don't take your watches here for battery changes please!

Terrible customer service. Unable to change a watch battery I’ve have had it changed there many times before. When asked why. The reply they no longer have a person able to do it? Meanwhile it was the same person working that changed it last time. The bay is one foot in the bankruptcies grave. Will never step foot in this store again. Good luck with your business bay. Update: went to western watch and clock repair and the gentleman changes my battery on the spot. Highly recommend.

The gentleman was repairing a watch when I arrived, and I did have to wait 15 miniutes to speak to him. But when they got around to speaking to me they were clear and polite. If you need a watch fixed, new or old I recommend them highly.
