Jones Mark Dr.

Notice that everyone that leaves 1 star on google reviews often leaves one star for everything? Well, some people just enjoy being upset. Focus on the positive reviews of Dr. Jones, because those are the ones that are true!!! Dr. Jones is hands down the nicest, most professional doctor I have ever seen. He gives great advice, options for treatment where possible, and is definitely the best podiatrist in the Lower Mainland; if you want a podiatrist that cares about their patients, look no further. As if Dr. Jones' excellent service wasn't enough, his receptionist is extremely kind, which is always a bonus. I would give more than 5 stars if I could and I will continue to see Dr. Jones for as long as I can.

I saw Mark Jones with a heel split that just wasn't healing. He was the most caring and dedicated professional I have met. He knew right away that my problem was beyond his scope and referred me to a diabetic surgeon. In 3 weeks I was in to see the surgeon, tests were ordered and surgery was needed. Dr. Jones also ordered an xray immediately; in a year and a half battling this split, no one had even suggested an xray. If it weren't for Dr. Jones I may have possibly had loss of a limb. He is very competent and proactive. Highly highly recommend him!

Warm, pleasant atmosphere and Dr. Jones is professional and certainly knows his way around feet!
