Super friendly staff! Always a pleasure to deal with the Belleville crew on Coleman @ Moira.Only concern is the vast differences in rental prices for the exact same vehicle, two different people, 1 paying 2x what the person with a shorter rental period is charged.

The service was very friendly and efficient. When I noted the car was smaller than I expected I got a larger car for the same price. We forgot in haste to check that this car was full and when I said on return that it was not, they gave me an appropriate discount. All very pleasant service from Austin and I would recommend this place anytime. It felt like they really cared about service.

Rented a car for out of province travel, I asked the worker if the vehicle had snow tires on it as we would be travelling through the prairies into AB, he said “no, but it drives well.”. To answer that remark, it absolutely did not drive well in the snow. And the vehicle didn’t have anti-freeze washer fluid (which made things even worse) mind you it’s mid-December and winter tires and anti-freeze washer fluid should be a requirement especially in Canada… Your only job as a company is to take care of these cars and ensure they are safe for their drivers, having winter appropriate gear for your vehicles is essential. They also didn’t alert us of the vehicle we ended up getting, compared to the one we paid for… which I understand has the potential to change due to availability, but the size difference for cargo was not really comparable.

Staff is always very helpful and friendly. Best rates for car rental. And they'll come pick you up!

Honestly after an accident you feel lost! The fact that I was in a rental the very next day made my life so much easier. I had my rental over a month and truly enjoyed driving it. The staff were fantastic and super helpful. Dropped her off this morning and they even called to ensure we had a good experience! You cannot beat customer service like that especially when you need it! Enterprise Belleville rental service is something I would recommend to anyone. Thank you guys!

What an overall wonderful experience with Enterprise! Had all kinds of issues with my insurance company and the auto body shop. Was running a few minutes late and knew Enterprise was minutes away from closing. Called in and Austin stuck around an extra half an hour to make sure I got my vehicle. Ensured I had the coverage I needed to make my trip worry free. Very helpful staff, clean nice car, and easy pick up / drop off!

On December 24th my girlfriend and I were in a pile up on the 401 and Zac was able to help us out tremendously from the very first time we spoke with him. Zac was kind enough to come in after they were closed so that we could get a rental car and get to where we needed to go safely and have a car over the holidays. Zac’s hard work and customer satisfaction would have me going back to this enterprise any day. Thanks again Zac

Rented a Volkswagen Jetta. They picked us up and dropped us off in the car. The staff was quite friendly also.
