Not safe - equipment needs replacing, masks fog up too much/quickly. Fog zone" needs more equipment to clean masks properly. Standing around waiting too long with no communication from organizers/marshals.I also emailed the Customer Success Manager on 05 July 2023 - and was not responded to."

Good centre, staff and friendly and accommodating. £10 per person for entrance fees (you have to pay this when booking) and then the paintballs you can buy in bundles. I paid £280 for 4000 paintballs which was for 10 people over the afternoon (6 games in 3 different scenarios). Overalls and headgear included. Some members of the group bought extra paintballs but if you're not crazy trigger-happy 400 balls will get you through the afternoon easily. There is waiting around time but this is quite normal, just bring snacks and water! Also, would recommend protective gloves - even just gardening ones will do - as it does hurt a bunch if you get shot in the hands! There are lockers on site which you can use for £2.50 to store valuables, we just kept our stuff in the car or in pockets and had no issues. The ground can be very muddy so bring shoes you can wash or don't mind getting dirty - I wore trainers and chucked them in the washing machine when I got home.

Had an incredible day out with the lads. Staff were super friendly and supportive. The energy from the staff was great. Definitely recommend to check this place out.

Well last time I went this was definitely a 4/5 star experience. So much so I voted for it to take our football team there for the end of season fun day. What I can say after this experience* Rushed games felt like we had hardly anytime in the field* Degrading courses that are in serious need of some form of upgrade* Prices are astronomical now spent well over £700 quid for the team* Scoring system is pointless no competition between teams* How many people can you squeeze into one game, this further ruined the day as you could hardly move around without knocking into somebody* Extra equipment, smoke bombs, flashes etc constantly failed meaning replacements after each game.Doubt I will ever return or suggest this again. What was once a great day and a GOOD talking point for a good few days after will certainly only be remembered for the wrong reasons

Sadly, I wasn't impressed. This is a fabulous business if you're on the receiving end of the cash. We waited a very long time before we played any paintball and the clothing and equipment had all seen better days. My overalls didn't fasten up properly and I could hardly see through the visor on my helmet. You had the option to upgrade" to better kit but I felt like I'd spent a fortune already. My gun ceased to work during the last game and when I approached the young Marshall he said that the game was about to finish and didn't do anything about it. The game ran on for another 10 minutes or so and all I could do was watch. The paintball packages are mighty expensive and I had a quarter of my balls still in the hopper unused. I'd think twice before booking with these people."

Overall would recommend this place. We went during the week (got a big group as were told we'd need to spend £200 up front for the place to open).Entry/equipment + 100 paintballs we found was reasonable. Extra paintballs on site were very expensive. A member of staff told us he'd use 300-500 paintballs a game but being stingy we played more conservatively and made about 250 each last us for our 6 games! Some had leftover at the end.Staff were friendly and helpful enough and as it was midweek we pretty much had the place to ourselves. Different terrains fun and exciting.

Highly recommend this place. Went here today and the staff are so lovely, everything was so well explained and all equipment checked. Some other people in the game had issues with masks and guns. The Marshalls supported them and rectified it immediately. There was plenty of breaks for refreshments too. The games themselves were well explained as were the rules. The organisation was spot on and safety was put first at all times. I honestly had so much fun and so did my friend and our teenage children. There was plenty of fun to be had and I’m already planning on getting a group together so we can go again. Thanks guys see you again soon!

I couldn’t scream more…..don’t do it!!!We were first timers, family of 4. Booked over the internet, easy enough, £10 per person, perfect! Knew we had to buy the paintballs, fine! Says we can’t take our own, again fine. No prices! So get there, got equipment, checked in, really friendly staff. Given the hard sell of extra equipment and bundles which was pretty hefty prices, just thought no, we’ll just buy the paintballs. So two extremely excited 12 year old boys raring to go, bought the first lot of paintballs thinking bloodyhell this is expensive. 2000 balls for £140!!!!! Right, we can’t go home and disappoint them so we did! They lasted two games! Bought another 1000 for £90, which covered the next two games being very careful with them, then had to buy another 1000 for £90 to be able to finish the super quick games they were! And they were fast!SPENDING A WHOPPING £320 ON FECKING PAINTBALLS!!!!!!!!!!We were there no more than two hours from lining up to leaving, so a lot shorter than the itinerary in the emails, and was never warned about the cost involved. Once you’re there, they’ve got you!Staff, great! I bet though, they must be multi millionaires.Researched the local area and found everyone else to be miles cheaper! For the same amount of balls at another venue would have cost £80, not £320. It really was jaw dropping when we left. We honestly felt like we’d been robbed blind!SO IN TOTAL, two fast hours of fun, COST £360 FOR 4 PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!! ABSOLUTELY INSANE PRICES!!!!!!!!!!

To be honest it was a fun experience however safety was perhaps not the priority. I understand that paintballing hurts and I expected to come away with bruises but when you are told there is a rule during games where you are not allowed to shoot someone under 3 meters, you expect that rule to be followed. Multiple players did not follow the rule and repeatedly shot at you and your friends point blank under the 3 meters. When we then reminded them that this was for fun not to hurt each other they simply laughed. After it continued into game 2 we decided to ask a staff member to say something as it becoming rather alarming, for example one friend being shot repetitively point blank while her arm was I am up signalling that she was hit and already out. The staff member told us there was nothing he could do and continued to laugh and joke along with the individuals who were doing it. The individuals then began shooting randomly once the round had ended and while the staff member was explaining the rules to the next game, they once again began shooting each other and us. The nail in the coffin was after the final game in which whilst out in the safe rest area, while taking our gear off on the others threw their grenade on the ground with no warning, which then went off right next to us, in front of staff who once again simply laughed. Like I said I understand that paintballing hurts but I can’t help but say that the experience was put down due to the point blank shooting just to cause harm and the breaking of the simple game rules which made the games feel objective less and a little pointless it may as well been a free for all the whole time.

Went with a group of 6 friends, the game zones were well set up and varied for different game types well and the additional smoke, flash and paint grenades are a great addition to the experience. The upgraded gun was prone to jam (this was an issue with the hopper and happened very frequently) and many others had the same issue and not something I'd expect especially after spending additional money for what was advertised as better kit. There was also a great deal of time spent waiting around with not much game time. The staff were friendly and polite. My only gripe would be the frequent jamming of guns and the waiting around with not much game time. Overall I am going to be looking at alternative facilities but wouldn't be totally against the idea of coming back
