Swill water. Not good coffee. Now I know why people drink double double. A great cup of coffee is smooth, rich and satisfying without the cream and sugar. Bathrooms in this place are so filthy the health department should close then down!

This one outlet is worst. Not all but some of the staff here is very rude. Especially the one packing the food.. Attaching the picture of the hit chocolate which I got. Inspite of asking for the sauce still you don't get it on your wraps. Some staff is very good while some are the worst I have ever experienced. The one on Duckworth and Grove in Barrie is excellent.

placed my order, a tea, muffin and sugar cookie, when I got to the window I was told they didn't have any sugar cookies, which is BEYOND frustrating when you have an LTO and it's never available, but I said I would take a chocolate chip one. She proceeded to collect the same amount in payment. I questioned if the price is the same, she said yes, for me to find out after it is not! You can't over charge customers!! I know it's not much but how many other people does this happen to?? When I called to speak to a manager they don't even do anything to compensate for their mistake. She tells me to drive back for my change...seriously!? It would cost me more in gas to get there and my time, for THEIR mistake!!

Worst Tim Hortons in barrie! Just because of the staff they are extremely slow, and most importantly they do not care about the place ( they need to change the staff ) I know other Tim Hortons owned by the same owner and they are amazingly good. All to blame about this one is staff and it’s the worse ever! I have been here as a dine in customer, drive through customer and courier delivery person and all my experiences have been bad.

If you go here M-F between 6am -6pm it is wonderful service. Going there on weekends or after those hours it is absolutely brutal service. Coffees don’t get made right, the employees all just stand around, that or their moving at the speed of molasses. Avoid this Tim Hortons on weekends if you expect quick and efficient service.

I tend to come here on weekends and it's.... average. Service is highly dependent on the people who are working; some are great, whereas others hardly say a word to you, even while they're taking your order. Edit: yesterday one of the workers was just sitting on her phone, while she was the only one there, with a full drive-thru of people. She also demanded we pay in cash for whatever reason, and rolled her eyes when we said we couldn't do cash. My coworker and I ended up sitting there for 15 minutes just waiting on 2 coffees. I didn't catch her name but it was on March 29th at around 7pm.Tables aren't usually clean, but it's quiet enough that you're able to relax if you're just trying to have a quick meal.

Staff are extremely slow and disorganized. Mumbling into the mic, order details not showing up on the display, leaving the drive thru window mid-transaction and not coming back for ages, mixing up the orders. It was excruciatingly slow to get through the drive-thru and it is clear that there is a training issue at this location.
