Been looking for a Junghans Max Bill auto with no date and sapphire crystal for years. Unfortunately it’s not a widely available brand in Canada and I never had luck trying to find it locally. Of course I could order it online but I prefer the old fashioned method of buying my watches in store. I happened to be in Vancouver for the weekend and popped in to see if they had it in stock. I was greeted warmly by the owner, Sacha, a fellow Albertan. They had the exact watch I wanted and Sacha was also happy to swap it for the leather strap that I liked vs the one that came with the watch. It was a great experience and I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone.

I’ve visited Russell Jewellers a few times now, and have always enjoyed the experience. The staff are never pushy, always friendly, and very knowledgeable about watches. Sacha and Harrison helped me the other day when I went in for a new Damasko. I’d highly recommend this shop to anyone.

Great shop, tons of Seiko selection. The staff are always happy to pull stuff out to show customers. No pushy sales tactics just honest ppl who enjoy watches. You can tell the staff are passionate and knowledgeable about watches and the brands they sell as they are always interested in discussing the various models.They are also really great on the service side and even willing to work on older seikos that have been discontinued. Alot of other shops will just tell you to buy a new watch.

After 8 years of looking everywhere for someone to fix my very treasured Calvin Klein watch it has finally happened!!!Thank you Mike for taking the time to look into fixing the clasp! Where others have said it isn’t possible to fix or suggested to buy a new watch you found a solution!I soo greatly appreciate it.

I came here to shorten a gold chain and add the shortened chain to another one to make it longer. I wasn't even sure if this was possible but called ahead and the person over the phone was extremely helpful and friendly. Great service through the whole experience and would definitely recommend this place.

The place to go for great customer service and a collection of Seiko you won’t see elsewhere. Harrison helped me select my turtle also fitting and sizing an Uncle Seiko z199 bracelet.

Highly recommend this place. Probably the only real watch enthusiast store here in BC. Discounting that, I think this store is still great. The folks are all professional and friendly. I've dealt with Alvin and Harrison and they are both uber-knowledgeable. I've also met Micah and the boss who are just as nice. They really want you to buy their pieces not only because they are running a business but also because they stand for the brands and pieces they sell. Every time I come here to check out their collection it's like visiting an old friend because of how warm their reception is. They don't shy away from showing you their entire collection if you're so inclined and they make great recommendations based on your interests. Their watch collection is focused more on value-driven brands, some of which are less heard of, but they will make you put them on your radar. So watch addicts beware. :D

Can't believe I haven't written a review yet. Definitely a favourite place of mine for watch browsing and shopping. Totally down-to-earth, fun, humble and knowledgeable team. Just love hanging out here. And so far bought 2 watches, and I am sure more. They have an amazing selection of Seiko. But also remarkable is their variety of brands, at least one of which you cannot find elsewhere in Canada. Formex, Squale, Damasko and Ollech & Wajs are all here. No sales pressure, just a good, fun time. Just what watch shopping should be!
