Speedy Glass St. Catharines

I recently stopped by Speedy Glass to see if they could fix a stone chip in my front windshield. They were able to book me an appointment the following day and fixed the chip free of charge (with the approval of my insurance company). The knowledge, professionalism and service at this location are 10/10. I will definitely be recommending them!

Just had a stone chip repaired on my vehicle and was really impressed with the service, I found this location to be both very friendly and professional. They even took care of putting the repair through insurance with me. I left with a very positive experience and would definitely return to this location if I need more repairs done in the future and would recommend them to my friends and family if they require same

Very pleased with the service at this Speedy. From the moment I walked in I was confident my car was in good hands. The guy at the front desk was courteous and prompt and the technicians took their time to not only do an excellent job, but to walk my through the work done. I would not hesitate to recommend this location on Ontario Street to anyone. A great bunch of guys.

The staff is amazing. They are very professional, thorough and pleasant to deal with. No hassle, very straightforward and on time. They told me my car would be done in about an hour and a half and they were right on time. I brought my 2016 Black jeep into shop to see if it can be fixed, I was told by management at speedy whomever installed ur windshield caused Damage by applying alot of pressure on the moulding when he looked over my Windshield, ,and that I should contact my insurance right away which I have there doing investigation reopened my claim Ty for telling me the truth what happened to my windshield was installed April 22/2022 by Car Star St.Catharines. If I get to choose only One choice for me Speedy Auto glass honest men who back there workmanship. I already told my insurance Broker when i need a new windshield I only trust Speedy noone else has been honest with me.

I had my windshield replaced in June. I noticed I had issues with my camera and safety features, so I brought the car to my dealership to be looked at. They notified me that I had the wrong windshield installed. I brought the car back to Speedy. The manager and employees were wonderful. The manager told me he wanted to do whatever he could to make it right. They ordered a new windshield right away. It took a few weeks, but the manager made a point of calling me in between to make sure everything was okay. When the windshield came in, they got me in right away and only took a few hours to replace. Speedy even reimbursed me for the money I had spent at my dealership to find out what the problem was. Best service. Professional. Friendly. Caring.

I went there to see about a mark in my windshield from a rock on the highway. The manger came out and look at it and said it was just a scratch and could not be fix. That no one could fix it and it was safe to leave. I am so happy at his honesty he could have said I need replace or pretented to fix it. but he did not he save me $900 dollars thankyou I will tell others

Awesome customer service!! These guys know how to do it! They treated my classic VW as if it were their own, in fact I think they were more concerned about taking special care of my car than I was, lol. Can't recommend these guys enough!Thanks guys!

The fellas here were very helpful and thorough. Explained everything about my windshield replacement and answered every question. They even called me earlier than my appointment one day to offer me a cancellation spot! They preserved my dash cam mount and did a flawless job. Bonus: free windshield wipers as well due to their promotion.The whole experience was painless.
