FedEx Ship Centre

Their automated voice system is an absolute mess. After calling Friday at 3pm, and being told I had to pay customs and taxes multiple time by an AI voice, hours after I had paid them online, and then spending 10 minutes trying to access the proper voice commands to talk to a real person about why my delivery had been canceled/not attempted. Only then to find out that yes, my package is at the building, but I can’t pick it up because no one has time to empty the shipping container that had arrived at noon, but it will be delivered by Monday before 5pm. My package has been in the city for at least 3 hours but I can’t get/receive it for at least another 60hours. FedEx as a whole is garbage and I really would have preferred my package was shipped UPS or DHL. I wouldn’t be surprised if my package goes missing in the next 60hours.

Just terrible. FedEx more like fata$$Twice I had a parcel sent through via FedEx and even though I was in my apartment at the time of delivery they still left a door tag and didn't bother to buzz my suite.I also waited half an hour at their pickup facility only to be told the package wouldn't arrive till 4pm even though the door tag said 1pm. Thanks for wasting my time FedEx.Then when I tried to get my parcel scheduled to be picked up at 5pm the following day, they tried delivering it at 4pm. Basic instructions seem to be too hard for them to follow

i have to pick up my package to this location after i missed their delivery twice, i wish they tried to ring my buzzer a bit longer. The site location is inside the industrial zone not easy to see their location even google map cant show you exactly where it was. And i hopethey put some instruction at their gate for their first time customer who will gonna pick up their packages. Though their staff were nice.

Living in meadow lake was waiting for my urgent parcel from IndiaIt only took 2 days to reach parcel in canada but taking forever to reach meadow lake from saskatoonDrivers didn’t even try to deliver saying customer was not availableRequested for a change of address to the customer care, waited for almost 5 daysAs the parcel was so urgent for me called the customer care and found out the station were it was. Today i drove all the way from meadow lake for 3 hours and they said its not here.So pathetic customer careI would never ever recommend anyone fedex

The virtual system is unbelievably horrible to deal with. This had been multiple times I've had to try to use this multiple times and it's been so awful.

Sent a package August 29th and paid for 2 day delivery. The package has not moved since it got to Memphis September 1st and still states clearance in progress. Memphis FedEx brokers don’t answer the phone, nor respond to my emails, FedEx telephone agents are not of any help and offer no assistance. Went in person to the location sent from and all they can tell me is that it’s in Memphis being scanned every day but not moving. This is an extremely valuable package my client is not getting and I’m out thousands of dollars. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a shipping company and will never use FedEx again. I strongly recommend choosing another carrier for international shipping. If I could give negative stars review I would.

Living in Lakewood and picking up your package in the North Industrial is lots of fun. Are there people who get packages delivered in Saskatoon. This company is the worst for delivering packages. I can't believe anybody would use them for delivery. Try harder FedEx!

Never even attempt to deliver to apartment buildings. My building door is always littered with fed-ex stickers because they never buzz in. If you are wanting your package to arrive on time avoid using FedEx.

I paid just over $100 to send our daughter's passport to her in Toronto by overnight fedex. It was critical for her. The package didn't arrive, no one knew where it was (we called multiple times, talked to managers). Finally, three days later, I went back to the same Fedex centre where I shipped it from and discovered the package was still there! We did finally get the passport to her, 4 days late and at much cost to her (for changed flight plans) but even then the instructions she was given for pickup weren't accurate and caused more grief. And then when I asked for a refund of the overnight costs (because it didn't arrive overnight) Fedex said it would go back on my visa--but it didn't. I had to call three more times over the next month (wade through all the levels and waiting times) and was told each time that it had been paid, but finally found out that they just sent a cheque by regular mail two weeks ago (which hasn't arrived yet as of this writing--hopefully soon). I can't see myself ever using fedex again!! One star is generous!

Received the notice that the package was to be picked at the FedEx business location. Got there, there staff were helpful, except it took an hour to find the package. The staff could find where it was as it wasn't scanned back into there wearhouse, and then we were told it was on somebody elses truck, and then they could get a hold of the driver and so they kept looking in there storage area. The lady said she looked on all the trucks and it wasn't there. She then went to check the outside truck as she didn't know where else it could be. Again, after an hour they found it. It was a very large package, so it should have been easier to try and locate. After all they did. Just took a lot longer than expected.
