While searching for a notary in Squamish, I found this one bad review about Cam Sherk. I hate to admit it, but the review did make me think twice about contacting Cam. I phoned two lawyers before I phoned his office. Cam's secretary was a breath of fresh air. She is charming and personable. She ushered me in to see him immediately and from there on my experience with Cam was exceptional. He saved me a ton of money, spoke simply and authoritatively on a subject (real estate title transfers) he is an expert on. I would not hesitate to recommend Cam Sherk to everyone I know.

I used Cam to buy my first house. Cam was super professional, explained the buying process and when and which documents were needed. He provided guidance on the results of our title search, and helped settle our nerves when we the local forest fires prevented us from getting house insurance.During the signing, Cam explained what each document was, and provide a detailed breakdown of his fees. I am definitely using Cam for all my future notary needs.
