I brought my deceased cousin’s iPad 2 that his wife gave me so that they remove my cousin’s iCloud, since it didn’t allow me to put my own iCloud on it. When I called, they told me that it takes 2-3. After three days they delayed it by a week. Then, I called them all day and they did not answer. I went to the store and it got delayed by another week. 8 days later I got a call that they were unsuccessful in removing my cousin’s iCloud. When I got my iPad, it had all fingerprints on it (i.e., it was way dirtier that when I first brought it to them). I don’t recommend this store. Let them learn to give accurate estimates to their customers.

I always do my repairs from this store. Recently I fixed my pixel 2xl LCD and now my phone looks like brand new and it works perfectly fine. The technician cum sales guy Jithin Joseph working in the store shows professionalism and he is polite and moreover he quotes the best price for the service he is giving.
