Poor customer servicePoor speedsGood location. Canadian tire and other shops nearby.The stations are not in working condition always.I plugged my Tesla at one of the 350kw charge stations and the most speeds I got are 55kw.With EV being the future and so many EVs on the roads, these should be in a good condition 24/7

Chargers worked great, and you don't have to download and set up an app to charge. Just plug in and tap your card, the way it should be!

141kW max and average of about 115kW. The big drawback is amenities at mall only available during mall hours.

I come to this station whenever visiting family in the area and it has been a hit and miss so far.Sometimes the 350kw chargers are not working or not providing full power.Have met a lot of friendly fellow EVers and it’s great that there are a lot of stores just a walking distance away.

Located in Canadian Tire parking lot. First station wouldn’t accept my card, tried another and it worked. Topped out at 134kw. As others have commented, there are two cables per station but you can only use one at a time.

Pretty damn fast charging here! Don’t get the two CCS connectors on one charger when you can only use one. Also one unit was down while I was there which did suck.

Electrify Canada Charging Station
The only 350kW charger in Durham Region. One of their 150 kW chargers is down and when I called Electrify Canada to get an update, the guy on the phone said it could be days, weeks or months depending on when they get the part needed.This is not acceptable given the rapid growth of EV adoption at the moment. If that was a gas pump, you know full well that it would be repaired in hours.

Electrify Canada Charging Station
I attempted connections with all three working chargers. They all delivered the same, relatively slow, 45kW which is far less than half the rate I expect at Electrify Canada. Otherwise good... Well lit and conveniently located.
