One of the absolute worst experiences I’ve had in a store in a long time. Lack of effort was unreal.My laptop has a broken screen, which I have AppleCare for. I called a few days beforehand to ask about how long the laptop would be there for being fixed. The person I spoke to said that it could be around 2-3 business days and that it could take a few more depending whether they have the part , or have to order it. I specifically asked what I had to do and all I was told was show up and bring the laptop. Nothing else.I come in for my appointment. Get all of my information down and then the employee working there decides to tell me then, at the very end that I’m required to put a $129 deposit down for the cost of the screen they will need to order and that you get it back when the repair is done. I don’t have any cash on me, or in my account. Had I have known that this was a thing I would have obviously come with the amount needed… but I wasn’t told anywhere as far as I know not in the email or phone call that there would need to be any deposit.So, they try to ask the technician over the phone if I can pay once the laptop is fixed before I receive it back. Nope. Apparently they aren’t able to do so. Other than that, all they were able to suggest was finding someone else with a credit card and I did actually find someone who agreed to do so.When I came back to the store and told the guy that I had actually found someone he asked me where they were. I said she was going to do it over the phone. He looked at me and said they were unable to do so and needed a physical card. I would have to wait around, and get this person to come into the store all because the employees at this store don’t seem to think informing customers of major details is important.When I told him that they weren’t able to come and then said something along the lines of “so you can’t take the computer and I have to come back?…” He literally just said “yes” and walked past me to go do whatever he had to do. Nothing else, no offer to help me out, apology, anything.I find this pretty inconvenient, especially because it’s largely the employees at this locations own carelessness and lack of effort to inform people of major details and then hardly make any effort whatsoever to correct it. It was a huge waste of my time and the people I had to deal with while wasting my time were lacking in any customer service skills whatsoever.Unless this place properly trains some of the people working here, avoid it because you might end up wasting your time also.

Solid 3. Jump+ lacks in the customer service where the Apple Store excels. Staff seem toflock to certain people rather than help you.I waited in a line (there are no lines just waive someone down) for about 20 minutes to get my order. People didn’t even look at me. Some walked by and others despite knowing I was waiting went to other individuals.The place was average busy at most. They need to organize themselves much better like the Apple Store does.

5 star service! Amazing experience. Jay is the best sales associate! He assisted me in getting my iphone screen fixed and also took the time and effort to help arrange getting my front camera fixed at no cost. Problem fixed and saved money too. Definitely recommend this location.

My intention was to purchase an IMAC for business use. I was encouraged by the sales agent that MacBook Pro is better, so she got me sold. The Techs promised me to look after transferring data from another Laptop to my new MacBook Pro. Turned out the Laptop never worked for me given the fact that it was kept at the store for over a week right after purchase. Something must have been broken. To make a long story short, I complained about what happened and did not want to keep the computer. We all know that during Covid , we could not go to the malls as often. I called and spoke with the Manager. She offered $600.00 Trade-in for a $2,049.00 computer. I was quite upset, but you know, in today's world, sometimes you fight for your rights, and you know how the story goes. I think for a real good customer experience, what they should have done, since companies want to maintain their good reputation is with no questions asked, give me a brand new computer. Now, I'm stuck with a store credit and not have enough to purchase the computer that I had intended to buy. I ended up being a dissatisfied customer at that place, which should not have been that way.My take, DO NOT GO WITH OPINIONS OF OTHERS WHEN PURCHASING. FOLLOW YOUR OWN TUITION.** I also ended up buying the MacBook Pro sleeve and pouch, which costed me an extra $109.00 and which I am still stock with. Pictures of the sleeve & pouch posted below. I'm looking to give them awa for free as I have no use for them.

I had an appointment with a different store at the mall to drop off my Apple Watch, but unfortunately they couldn’t help me because they don’t have a technician on site, which it didn’t make sense to me since all I need it to do was drop it off.Walk in to the Jump store without an appointment and without any hesitation Nick was able to help me out and was able to mail the watch to Apple.Got my watch back a few days later.Amazing experience at this place! knowable, friendly staff and great selection.

Matt made my day! He was patient, professional, knowledgeable and kind. He listened and then knew exactly what I needed; and gave me a wonderful buy. Jay was also excellent to deal with.The staff were warm and friendly and I shall recommend this store to my friends and shall also make further purchases here.

Came here a few months ago after my iMac's drive died. Everyone was helpful over the phone and in person, and it was a speedy and affordable fix (full disclosure: my work paid for the repairs so it wasn't a concern, but I wouldn't have had a problem with the price of service had I been paying out of pocket).When I came in to pick up the machine, I did have to wait around a bit and wasn't greeted (to be fair everyone working was talking to a customer, but customer recognition can go a long way), but after someone came to assist me they were just as friendly and attentive.

I cannot say enough about my experience and the customer service I received from Joseph D. I am very indecisive at times and I asked so many questions that most people would have been annoyed with me. Joseph answered every single one and was honest and patient. I changed my mind several times and again he was patient. He laughed and talked to me like a friend. I felt I could trust what he was saying and not once did I feel rushed or that I was being pressured into getting anything. I ended up getting a new phone and switching providers. If you need a phone or have any questions go to Jump+ at Limeridge and ask for Joseph D. AMAZING experience!

I had to go get a new watch charger for travelling. I was immediately greeted by Stephen who brought me to the correct section. I also needed a screen protector replacement done as they are covered under warranty for two replacements. They install the screen protector for you on the spot. Stephen was very gracious and helpful. I appreciate the stellar customer service provided. It was busy with a lot of customers but they made time to assist me right away.
