Sorry but my experience did not meet my expectations at all. And I feel bad to tell them in person because I don’t want to hurt anyone feelings but I believe feedback is important but I will not be returning. The massage was not relaxing at all. There was constant motion non stop nothing slow or therapeutic about it and I understand they may not be RMTs but nor am I am I think I could of given a much more relaxing massage. I felt like my ribs and ankles and throat, all odd places were massaged. Also felt that some muscles that should have been massaged downward were done upwards and no knots were really focused on. Not once did I get a tingle or goosebumps that you typically do when you get a massage. So disappointing because I was really looking forward to this spa day and it didn’t meet my expectations at all. The facial was also done in the dark which I guess is fine but aren’t you support to pluck any hairs on the face that you see? well impossible if the room is dark. And the steamer was so hot in my I couldn’t even breath. The head massage started off so so but then was too strong for my liking. The thing that top it off was that my essential package was to Include a manicure and pedicure and as I’m about to dip my feet in the water they ask me if I have shellac on, and I did and due to that I couldn’t get my mani or pedi done because they don’t remove shellac. Why don’t they tell their clients ahead of time before booking? I didn’t get what I wanted out of the essential package today. I had the whole day booked off only to have to come back again. That completely took away from the package I paid for. Now I’m expected to go to my regular nail salon, get the shellac removed and then go back to get the mani & pedi I should have received today. all they had to do was tell me to ensure my nails are clean with no shellac before coming. but np that didnt dawn on them. im super disappointed. I am not even going to go back and get the mani or pedi. I should honestly get my money back so this huge inconvenience.Not recommend this place to anyone.Sorry.

A bit disappointed with the overall experience. Booked an appointment and ended up waiting for 10 minutes before my facial started (there was only one staff working). The appointment was supposed to be for an hour, but they ended early (i.e. the time my facial should've ended based on my appointment time). Facials take place in the basement, which left a lot to be desired. It felt like I was in an unfinished basement and the place lacked ambiance—no music, just the facial steamer for background noise. On the whole, I left with smoother skin and a nice glow but it fell short of expectations. For a business with such high reviews and for the cost of the facial, I honestly expected a bit more. If you're looking for a neighbourhood spa that provides okay service and mediocre atmosphere then this could be the place for you. Otherwise, there are other spas in the city that offer more for the same price.

She went out of her way to fit me in last minute for a message and pedicure with my partner. The message was excellent and the pedicure was definitely the best quality i’ve ever had. Wish I lived in the area, but i’ll be back!

I had a very nice experience. It’s a very peaceful little spot in the middle of the busy Yonge st chaos. It’s very clean inside and smells like nice essential oils. I had massage, facial and mani pedi. It’s nice to go somewhere that doesn’t smell like strong chemicals. Both the owner and her employee are extremely nice and you can tell they really care if you are happy with your service. One of my favourite parts was the facial massage. My face looked really good after. I will be coming back here regularly now and would suggest to others in the area.Updating my review because Paresha the owner is AMAZING! First of all my regular polish manicure lasted over a week which has never happened in my life. I also went back to her for Brazilian wax and let me tell you I am extremely picky and I have tough thick hair. She knows what she’s doing. I’m so happy to find her and this cute little space.

Paresha is sooo good at making my brows so fabulous. Also her manicure, pedicure, Indian head massage, waxing, facials are very relaxing. I also use her sea flora skin cream which helps with pigmentation, acne and has really helped the discolouration and uneven skin tone I was experiencing. Overall Paresha knows her skin care and has really helped me to step up my beauty game and have non toxic clean beauty. I have an eyebrow/ forehead threading package with her and go see her all the time to ensure I always look presentable for my jobs, events, photoshoots, music videos!

I loved my experience in this spa. This hidden gem is located south of Yonge & Eglinton Center. They have a very calming atmosphere. The place is small but its got bery cute & classy decor. I got one of the best pedicures by the lady Elena. She also gave me a very relaxing 20 mins massage. I find the prices to be affordable for the service. Definitely recommend this place to others!

Quaint, quiet spa. I took my boyfriend here for his first spa experience and we both found our facials so relaxing. Each product was massaged thoroughly into the skin which was so nice. Our aestheticians were both kind and we loved the natural products. Very affordable, we will be back!

It saddens me that I have to write this but people need to know how unprofessional the owner is. I booked a brow threading one month before the service is supposed to happen. Less than 24 hours before the service, the owner kept calling and texting me nonstop to move my appointment because she had accepted an appointment at the same exact time as the service she booked me for. I kept saying no because I had alot of other appointments on that day but she wouldn't stop and said that she didn't want to cancel my appointment and that she can explain if I decided to show up and come to my appointment. I was so stressed and I just decided to not support this kind of unprofessionalism. I wish I could attach photos on google reviews as well so people could be forewarned, but alas, please avoid. There's so many other places here in the Yonge-Eglinton area that would respect your time and treat you properly than this place. Avoid at all costs if you can.

I hate leaving a negative review but even though the girl who did my pedicure and massage was super nice, the work itself wasn’t the most professional.When the soles of my feet were being exfoliated with a rasp tool, it was extremely aggressive. I generally have not had this done in previous pedicures so didn’t know what to expect but I was definitely wailing in the process. After that, they were exfoliated with some scrub so of course it was going to hurt. Then my feet were wrapped in some hot wax paper and plastic for a mere few minutes before washed and I was given what was obviously used and dirty slippers. My feet are still hurting and it’s been a day and a half. I really hope I don’t develop some infection.The aromatic massage was average and there was no nice aroma (so not sure why that name) and the linens/towels weren’t the nicest either. Honestly, I don’t think this is for me and I couldn’t recommend it either.

I come here every week for different treatments - Paresha is simply the best and gets the job done efficiently! I would especially highly recommend the massages to anyone looking to alleviate stress (the head massage in particular)!
