Not a fan of expensive chocolates. So I don't bother buying expensive chocolate. But I am addicted to their cheesecake on a stick. They are by far the best treat a man can buy. Getting to be another expensive addiction for me though among others. So ima have to consider buying cheesecake in bulk and make my own lol

Amazing! People tend to write reviews only when they have had a bad experience so they can be really one sided. Staff was great, owner was great and very hands on. Chocolates O my! My wife is pregnant and I am having to make multiple random trips and even tries to send me when she knows they are closed.

I was able to get some of the best chocolate, nut free, chiseled right of the block. I know it’s good because I offered my 10 year old a choice, one sliver of chocolate or one wagon wheel. He chose the sliver of this chocolate!!

What time do you open? I was there this morning at 9:43 to pick up some goodies to ship to Labrador and the store was closed. The website states it opens at 9, so either that is wrong or someone didn't bother to come in this morning. I was very disappointed, but not as disappointed as my daughter-in-law will be when she gets her package. :( Not good service at all!

Tonight I visited Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory in St. John's, NL. I take my family here quite often, however tonight was the first time I saw the owner in the store. As we entered the store we had the displeasure of meeting this owner being so rude to one of his employee's. He was by the ice cream door and she by the cash. His face was red and you could see he was angry. He did not greet us nor did he try to cover up that he was upset. I ordered 2 ice creams for the kids with me and while the staff member was making them the owner was behind the counter still being rude to the other lady staff member. I was feeling so embarrassed for this lady. When my kids got their ice cream, I sent them to the car and by this time the man had left the main store area. I asked the staff if he was the owner and they said yes. I asked to speak to him. I wanted to tell him as a customer I thought it was unacceptable he speak to staff the way he just did ... well let me tell you, he treated me no different and spoke just as rude to me. I told him his behavior and anger was unacceptable and he didn't offer any kind of apology only said the way he chooses to speak tp his employee's is his business... Well Mr Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory Owner you just earned your last 14 dollars for 2 ice creams off me...NEVER WILL I ENTER YOUR STORE AGAIN. TO THE STAFF WHO WORK THERE FOR MOST LIKELY MINIMUM WAGE...YOU DON'T NEED TO ACCEPT THAT KIND OF TREATMENT, do yourself a favor and find yourself a new job, this man does not deserve to have you.

Probably the worst winter storm since snowmageddon and this location did not disappoint for our Valentine’s Day while stuck in a hotel out at the airport. We called and the owner said that he would deliver to the hotel, well……….. he did. The roads weren’t fit to be on and he made sure that my bride to be got her valentines chocolates. Two amazing bundles that were delicious. Thank you for your excellent service.

Ordered 3 times during the Pandemic. Always had what I was looking for or willing to make it. Both my in-laws love it and look forward to receiving some on special occasions. A family favourite for sure. Service is always exceptional. And the apples are absolutely delicious!

Very expensive and I never liked either of the treats we got from there. My wife liked one of the items but otherwise found it subpar as well. Won't be back. The staff were friendly and helpful.
