If I could give negative or 0 stars I would.Last year the employees were great - not sure if they have had a staff overhaul since but the employees I dealt with a couple of days ago were rude, unhelpful and don’t seem to know the most basic legislation. Awful experience.

I had an amazing experience with this licence centre ! Everyone who helped me was polite and friendly and were efficient at fixing my issue with my new registration <3 big shout out to Laken . She is so helpful and sweet !!

Love coming here. Friendly staff that try their best to help you when you forget things but I get they are tied by the government rules which can make things difficult. Enjoy coming in for a laugh. Look forward to the next time.

Terrible. Every time I come there’s some sort of an issue. Whether you ask a question and are answered with a stupid look and no intelligent answer. Or they set you up with wrong test further wasting your time. Then laugh about it after and not apologize. There is very few times I see more then 2 people working at the front which’s makes already long wait times even longer….. could go on. This place is just terrible. Highly recommend going anywhere else’s if you can help it.

Went in to get my license. LAKEN spoke to me with zero respect. Was incredibly unimpressed with the customer service and incredibly shocked that you would have someone as rude as Laken teaching the new hires. I asked her a question and as she was explaining, she cut herself off to say you're not even listening i don't know why I'm explaining this"

This has to be the most arrogant ignorant place of business I have ever delt with in 35 yrs of driving , the women here have zero etiquette towards paying customers , I will never darken your doorway as long as I live 15 minutes from your office , I will drive into red deer for a more professional experience. This place is seriously Over rated on google review ….single star is to good for you .thank you for your response , I hope she also shared how her response to me was and you may understand the hang up , defending isn’t a solution, this is not the first time or the second but the third time this has happened to myself at your location . I am sure you know what I am talking about .
