If you get the Groupon, you get what you pay for. Horrible service! My stylist Jenny used a brush to brush my hair that already had a ton of hair on it from previous clients. When I left there was a ton on black dye on my face. She was incredibly rough and you could tell it was a rushed job. The colour and cut weren’t right! Do not go here they were awful! There is a reason they are on Groupon... no one stays as a client here!

Got a pedicure here today and it was amazing!!Myrna was so nice to chat with and she did such a great job!Walking on clouds now :)The staff was nice when I came in and were all quite lovely. The atmosphere in general was relaxing and I will definitely come back and recommend this place to friends and family.

I had a Groupon coupon with Jenny for a haircut deep conditioning and styling unfortunately I had a poor experience and I echo what one other and reviewer said, that she had a brush that had already been used that has hair on it that she used on my hair; her station was dirty especially the mirror. She seemed like she was in a panic to finish with me..rush rush rush. When I asked about this, she said that she had another client...it seemed like she just wanted to get me out of her hair. She washed my hair very very quickly without rinsing it very much (10 seconds or so) and put very little conditioner on it...and water on my face blaming me for not sitting back far enough. When I felt my hair it didn't feel like it had any conditioner on it whatsoever I'm sure she put something on but it was very very little product. Within about 3 to 4 minutes she came back and told me to go to her station then she started vigorously vigorously brushing my hair my wet hair with her dirty brush. Then she cut my hair ...very quickly. I don't think that my hair is cut straight; at least it doesn't appear to be straight; she blames it on a cowlick which is possible but it looks but it looks pretty crooked so I think I will be fixing it. I was in and out of that Salon very quickly; she was anxious to to get rid of me she she saw my Groupon coupon and took it and asked me if I wanted some backcombing and I said no and she basically said okay goodbye you know it was very very quick service. I had tons of bits of hair all over my face and clothing but I had to get out of there fast because the next customer was there it seems. What I liked is that she did not ask me any personal details other than what Salon I went to normally and why I'm not going there but I found the service to be this really really fast. I was in and out of there pretty quickly and I just felt that a 3-minute haircut and very little product wasn't worth it so unfortunately I'm left not able to recommend the salon's Groupon coupon. Not relaxing or enjoyable and I'm not sure about the quality of the work. My hair doesn't feel deep conditioned and the hair cut was rushed and uneven.

Working in Stamford but living quite a distance away and being so busy with the kids, I was looking for a place I could dip out of work to and get these grays done, but what I found was so much more. Danielle is amazing, my roots have never felt better, the color is an exact match, it doesn't itch! I love how welcoming and accommodating are (which separates them from quite a few places I've tried in this area). This has become my go to, and I'm so happy to have found them!

Carolyn was amazing! I had lashes from someone else that needed removed because I had an allergic reaction. Little did I know the “lash tech” that put my lashes on used an insane amount of glue. It took Carolyn far longer to remove them than normal, but she patiently persisted and stayed late to get the job done. Incredible person and so kind!

My 3 year old son and I have been getting our hair cut by Jeni for a year. I've had absolutely nothing but great experiences with her in that time. She manages to deal with my insane cow licks as well as my pickiness over the fade I request. She goes out of her way to not make me feel awkward being 6 foot 4 which has been a problem with other hairstylists in the past. She's patient with me and has a great sense of humor, always smiling and laughing making the experience much more enjoyable.When it comes to my toddler, he suffers from anxiety and despite not being the best customer (crying, sometimes screaming when he's scared) she takes her time, reassures him and ensures his hair always looks great! The other employee's in the Salon are amazing for how well they handle his acting out and are always willing to help him get some skittles from the machine when it's dad's turn for a hair cut.I highly recommend Jeni and Reveal Salon. 5 star service from the moment you walk in!

The stylist I had both times I was there was amazing. I loved my hair and received lots of compliments. She also explained everything to me to help me decide what I wanted. The price was really reasonable too. I just called to book another appointment.

Great eyebrow wax, but then got a TERRIBLE hair cut from another woman. She had a hostile attitude, painfully yanked and pulled my hair repeatedly, and gave me the frizziest most painful blowout after completely botching a simple haircut (asked her to trim a few fried inches off of my medium length hair). Do not go to this salon you will be disappointed.

I had booked three back-to-back treatments (facial, massage, pedicure) for my Mom for her birthday through the online booking platform yesterday. We arrived today and the esthetician, Naomi, didn’t even show up, and when called, simply said she didn’t see the booking and asked us to rebook it.I appreciate one of the stylists’ willingness to give her a call, even though we weren’t her clients. She was so sweet and apologetic, even if she herself had done nothing wrong.Unfortunately, I can’t and won’t recommend this spot for any spa services.

Had a great experience with Melanie. Covid has made me lazy with my hair and its been almost 6 months between appointments (oops, my bad). Love my fresh highlights and low lights.
