Valentine’s mini cheesecakes were heavy on fridge flavour, so disgusting! Both whip cream and cream cheese. All 4 went straight into the garbage. All cakes tend to be over the top sweet and just not good, we threw them out every time we end up shopping here. Flowers were overpriced and most red roses in unsaleable condition, shame on whoever decided to still put them up for retail.

This store is huge and great. I just love it. You really find everything here. Prices are good, staff is extremely friendly. Always well stocked and fresh products.

I was in there to get a sandwich made of regular white bread. The lady behind the counter refused to make it for me. Said she can only use that bread for the sandwich case. So instead of getting a 6.00 sandwich I had to pay $8.00. Not very good customer service.

Ad specials never in stock. Be it grocery- dairy- poultry items. It's always the truck is not in yet. Other Safeway's don't have this problem. It's the lack of planning that's the issue.

After visiting, trying out, checking and comparing different supermarkets of Greater Vancouver Area, I came to the point it's my favorite, with one big BUT: it's very expensive one (comparing to others, like Walmart).There are really lots of supermarkets on the market, but in Safeway you don't want to grab something one you need and run as soon as possible.You are able to enjoy time you are spending here, you can safely and in comfort choose something new, enjoy relaxing atmosphere.

Got a sandwich here today. Normally they are really good, today the lady making them was smashing all the ingredients down and smashing the sandwich like she was mad at it. It was so weird. Then when I go home and eat it, it tastes like rotten vegetables. Like garbage. The lettuce was rotten. It was a $12 sandwich and I got my boyfriend one too that tasted the same. Very disappointed,

Store has really gone downhill since renovation..shelves lacking in product...products that I used to buy regularly gone..produce while it might look okay is either tasteless or ready to go off.I loved this store..yes I still shop there..loyalty.. but it needs to pull up its socks big time!!

In store shopping is fine, but Voila grocery pickup sucks. When they pack vegetables they put each one in its own plastic bag when you buy multiples of the same veggies - huge waste of plastic. Some fruit and veggies from the produce section come super beat up and already starting to go off. Once when I picked up my order they only gave me half my order, had to go back and get it and it took them forever to bring it out to me.

This is a very neighbourly supermarket. Its a very nice store, with plenty of departments, you could practically find anything!! There's a floral section, pastries, fresh fruits and veggies (they even cut and prepackage fruits which is perfect for little kids at school). I love this location and it is my regular one. Employees are extremely friendly too. Would recommend.

Disgusting. Got an extreme chocolate brownie from the bakery today as a treat for my birthday. When I went to eat it there was a huge grey hair all entangled in the brownie in the icing and cooked into it. I called customer service and told them what happened and all they said was to come back for a refund only if I have a receipt then they hung up. No apology or anything. Will never eat anything from the bakery here again and I wouldn’t recommend anybody else to.
