If you're ever in Nova Scotia definitely make your way to The Island Nest restaurant. You will not be disappointed. Fantastic comfort food and very reasonably priced.

The best fish & chips I've ever had. Hands down. Friendly staff.Amazing view of the ocean from the patio. Came with a large group of people and everyone was totally happy with the meal. Would totally recommend.

The service was excellent as was the food. They have an exhaustive menu but we're able to prepare each meal we had in good time and the quality was definitely there. Great experience.Do yourself a favour and sit on the patio and enjoy the view. We will be back.

We stay in Cape Breton every summer for a few days. I literally have never had a bad meal at the Island Nest!! The food, staff and live entertainment are highlights of our trip! I recommend eating here!!

Go for the grilled fish, it was amazing. The view is magnificent. Super friendly staff. A great patio...if it's patio season.

Great wings! Fantastic live music! The whole experience was Isle Madame exemplified! Gotta go on Thursday night for the local, live music and all donations go to a great cause. Bravo!!!

A disappointment/. Mussels were not fresh, chowder too thin but tasty with overcooked potatoes. However the staff worked very hard to serve when they were crowded and were attentive.

It was a very nice place to stop it and get a meal we were served by a lovely woman named we all ate the seafood platters and they were delicious
