On October 12, 2021 I ordered a replacement macbook pro battery from these guys. After receiving and installing it worked for about a month an then stopped charging at all. I contacted their customer service and spoke to a representative who promissed that he would speak to his manager and send a new battery. That never happend! I've been desparately trying to get hold of them and ask about the progress of sending the battery or to request a refund. I have written a number of emails without a response. PLEASE, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS! I wish there was an organization or an authority that could sue them.

Got PlayStation fixed for YLOD, 2 months later it broke down.When I decided to fix it myself, the thermal paste was applied poorly and mostly applied on the edges.If you want to fix your devices, go on Youtube instead. Don’t do business with them.

Company website looks somewhat legitimate. When you go to place an order it give you an order number and you get package details fairly quickly. What it doesn't tell you is if the item is even in stock or when you should expect it to arrive. It's almost impossible to get through to anyone through call or email and they do not regularly return calls or emails except when you first place your order. I ordered a PS5 Digital Motherboard for around $530 CAD. They've changed the date of when they were supposed to send out the motherboard several times. It's been over a month now since my initial order and there's two deadlines that have been came and went for when it was supposed to be sent out. I have already contacted my credit card company to get a refund as it doesn't seem like a replacement motherboard will ever get sent out. Unless they change business practices I wouldn't recommend doing any business with this company.

DO NOT GET ANYTHING REPAIRED HERE IT IS A SCAM!!! I sent my PS4 to get repaired over 8 MONTHS AGO and have still received nothing! I've called the store many many times and never get an answer. When I finally do get an answer they say they'll have to call me back once they talk to the shipping manager? They never call back...I even got in touch with the owner who informed me they can't find my PS4 for they lost it. Which I was okay with as long as they would send me a new one, which he said he would. And of course he never sent me anything or even got in touch with me. That was well over 3 months ago. I've been calling ever since and don't get a response ever. Just want to let other know so they don't have to deal with the same BS I had to go through. THIS REPAIR SHOP IS NOT WORTH THE TIME OR MONEY! GO ELSEWHERE!UPDATE- it is now August and still have not recieved anything. They have informed me they will get me a new PS4 and never actually send one!

Starts with no communication and ends with outright lies. I ordered a new cooling fan for a PS4 I was repairing. Email notification said I would get a confirmation email when the part was shipped. After not hearing anything for 5 days, I contacted the company asking about the status, or a refund if they didn't have the part. The website indicated they had the part in stock, which is why I ordered from them. No response. The part arrived in the mail today. Was it new? No way. fan is covered in dust, and the foam is torn from being pulled out of a donor console.This company has horrible customer service and zero integrity as far as I'm concerned.

Made a purchase for a replacement shell for my beloved backward compatible playstation 3. New shell arrived safely packaged and in great condition, needless to say I am happy with my purchase!!!

Easy to place order. Product was in stock. Shipping was prompt. E-mail received for order and shipping were prompt and helpful. Product arrived when promised and was exactly what I needed. Would order again from this site.

One of the only places you can get quality PS3 parts. I'd stick to internals only due to coverings and plastic pieces getting scuffed in the delivery process though.

Will not return calls or emails and has not refunded me for a part that was not shipped. He said he would refund me but refund never came through. I will remove review if I receive payment. If not I will leave reviews on every site I can find to make anyone aware of this person that does not keep his word.
