Wonderful store with tons of selection and a variety of sizes. To say the manager, Kathy is helpful is an understatement. She truly cares and will find something that is perfect for you. I am happy to spend more to get fantastic service and a proper fitting, high quality bra. I won’t shop anywhere else!

Cathy corrected my bra size from a 34DDD (according to Victoria secret) to a 36G!Cathy was extremely knowledgeable about the history, construction, and intended purpose of each bra she provided me. I tried on around 10 bras and never once felt pressured or as though I was a bother despite being short staffed due to covid times. Cathy worked to find me two every day bras and a sports bra (I came in the buy one and left with three!)She took the time to educate me about proper fit, wash and care techniques, and lifespan of the bras I bought.I will definitely return here despite the 4 hour drive from Barrie, On. In addition to their lines of lingerie they have beautiful clothing from casual to business as well as swimwear.

Great selection of products - for men and women - and Cathy the manager is the absolute sweetest person! She was so helpful, and great to chat with. She was super flexible and prompt with providing assistance over email, and when I was picking up my items I saw many cute sun dresses I wouldn't have expected to find there. Without a doubt I will be back!

Amazing customer service and knowledge! This was my first time getting properly fitted for a bra and leaving the store completely satisfied and happy with my purchase. I also bought a bodysuit which was way more comfortable than the corset or bustier I had originally planned to wear. All of the staff made me feel very comfortable and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this store. The quality is worth the price!

Wonderful experience! After having lost significant weight last year, none of my bras seemed to fit. I didn't know where to start, but Shirley was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. She fitted me and helped me find a couple of bras that were both comfortable and attractive. I will definitely be back to shop more!

I bought 3 bras today and Shirley helped me and was fantastic. Very honest which what I need. Only store I will buy bras in. They care about the fit. And correct fit of your undergarments makes all the difference In your exterior clothes.
