Escape Campervans - Calgary Campervan Rental

This was our 2nd trip with Escape campervans, but first from Calgary. The manager, Aaron Santos was amazing in cleaning, preping our add ons and also having great suggestions for our destinations.Also, at our arrival, he was also able to suggest things to do in Calgary before our flight home.I will certainly be renting from them again, and will keep the Calgary destination on top of my list, simply for Aaron’s services!

We would absolutely recommend Escape Campervans. They are by far the easiest and friendliest vehicle hire company to deal with that we have come across. Aaron at the Calgary office was very helpful and went out of his way to make picking up the van easy for us. Escape Campervans out of Calgary was awesome to work with!The team, specifically Aaron Santos, went above and beyond to make our 8 day van rental seamless. He gave us the keys at pickup earlier than expected, and opened the doors early for van return so we could catch our flight.The BIG SUR ran great, got good gas mileage, and was comfortable & comfortable.10/10 would recommend.

Definitely recommend renting from Escape Campervans in Calgary, Aaron and his team were so friendly and very hospital. The van was perfect for our trip and supplied everything we needed. It was also very fun spotting out other vans from the same company on our trip! If you like meeting new people, their vans stand out and will attract many conversation starters!Such a great idea, especially if you are flying and want to camp, but can't bring camping gear with you on the plane!

Aaron was fabulous to deal with. He answered our questions almost immediately when emailing prior to our trip. He gave us lots of recommendations and got us out the door quickly upon pickup and made our return simple. The van was new, clean, fuel efficient and comfortable. We were able to move swiftly across the west coast as there was no packing up to move on. FABULOUS TRIP!!!! Our second Escape Campervan rental and it was flawless.

My first experience with Escape Campervans in the Calgary location was excellent! So good we decided to book with Escape Campervans for a second year to explore the west coast of Canada. Each van was unique and beautifully painted and equipped with everything we needed for our adventure. The van was spacious and comfortable, and even managed to fit four of us to sleep inside. Aaron and staff were very kind and accommodating throughout the trip and quick to respond to any of our needs. I would definitely recommend booking with Escape Campervans for your next road trip!

Booked with escape camper Vans in June 2022 to travel with my wife and toddler.The van was excellent. Well maintained, well appointed, cool paint schemes.They are surprisingly fuel efficient for their size and weight. Averaged 12.7L/100km for a 900 km trip.Easy to drive. Easy to park. Comfortable. Proper mounting points for children's car seats.We explored along the Rockies to the south and then to the east (Lethbridge area) then back north to Calgary.Aaron is super friendly and has excellent customer service skills.He explained everything well and took the time to show us some places to visit while in Alberta.Awesome guy! We rented an escape camper van in Banff. This was our 4th time using escape campervans & once again.. it did not disappoint. Aaron was so fantastic at check in making sure we understood everything and gave us SUCH GREAT recommendations of what to see based on our hiking abilities. He listened to us and what we wanted out of this trip. The van is was amazing. We are used to using the Mavericks. When we checked in Aaron said to us.. once you use big sur once you will never go back.. and it’s true. Big sur was PERFECT! So worth the extra money.. and it drives so smoothly and easily. We had a minor issue with the sliding door of our van.. had previously been damaged so when we took it out we had issues with it latching correctly and continuously saying door was ajar. Not a big deal to us.. but they immediately apologized when we told them about it and refunded us a small convenience amount. They are such a great company and Aaron is clearly passionate about his job!! 4th time using.. and 4th GREAT experience!
