Absolutely brilliant service! Jason was knowledgable and took the time to answer my questions, and help me set up my new phone. His and his colleague's friendly conversation with us was much appreciated, as it made the lengthier transaction I had to do easier to get through. The store offered a great deal too! Mastercard gift cards for getting a new plan there, including one that was a special offer for the Burlington Mall grand opening.

Very friendly and professional team works there in Burlington Center, they helped us finding the best plans to move on although we went for just an accessory buy, but then they went extra mile to make us get what is best for us in plans, phones and accessories. Store Manager Wali is really great and the team with him are so helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

I’ve been dealing this place for a number of years now. So when I I was due for my phone/plan upgrade just recently I contacted “Wow” at the Burlington Mall again. This time it was Amanpreet who attended to my family. She was very accommodating and helpful! She got us the best deal. My husband and I recently stopped by Wow Mobile to browse new phones as we were in the market for an upgrade. They were able to give us a deal our local provider store was not, and took charge of the whole process. Mark and Kevin were friendly, incredibly accommodating, efficient and even stayed late on a Saturday to finalize our transaction. We are very happy with our new Google Pixel 3 XL phones and would recommend Wow Mobile Mapleview to anyone.

I just spent several hours at the wild boutique in the Maple view mall and the service was more than excellent. I went two years ago and I got excellent service so I was a little nervous about going and wondering if someone would be just as great as I the person was two years ago.Lo and behold somebody by the name of Jay or Jason was so helpful ,calm patient with my limited technology knowledge willing to answer questions. He helped me navigate through all my questions in terms of do I upgrade to a cheaper plan or so I want to return my phone and get another one and he came up with so many different possibilities and at the end I even got a gift card which allowed me to get more bang for my buck .thank you so much for the dedication and hard work this is what Service is about !!Also he helped to make sure that all the information that was on my old phone went back onto my new phone and right now I am a happy happy person it’s working fine and have all my information

Just got my new Samsung S9 from Jay at Wow Mobile. Had amazing customer service and transferred all my photos, contacts, everything from my old phone. Great guy and even stayed late after hours to make sure everything was done correctly. I would recommend anyone in need of a phone to go see Jay at Wow! And the gift cards were just the icing on the cake. Thanks Jay!

I just had one of the best customer service experiences!! Faisal, the Assistant Manager and his team, not only helped me find an awesome deal for a new phone and service for my child but he also got me an incredible upgrade for myself. This allowed me to stay with my current provider that I was happy with. I had previously explored other options elsewhere, including directly through other providers. When I came to this location and spoke to him the first time,he explained numerous options that I could have. Better options than I was told by anyone else. He also explained it all in an easy clear manner that made it all less confusing. He did not rush me and there was no pressure to make a decision right there and then. After I left and on his own, he proceeded to research the best options for me and called me back the next day with even excellet options. When I came back in person he called my carrier directly and got me even better discount. I am now set up with the best plan for me and a new plan and free iPhone 7 phone for my child. He put any discount or offer he could find on the plan to save me even more money on my service and phone.I couldn’t be happier!!! He also helped me set up the new phone and told me to come back anytime for help or assistance.I will recommend this service to everyone and will only go to them next time that I need anything with my phone or services. Five stars aren’t enough, this experience was exceptional :)

Jonathan was fantastic! He listened to what I needed. He gave me exactly what I requested and I'm only paying $3 a month more for a brand new phone. Will return to use them again.

Amanpreet at Burlington mall was amazing! We switched 4 lines over and are paying less than when we had 3 lines somewhere else. She went out of her way to research and make sure we could get the best deal, most data and the best service. She deserves a special award for her kindness, patience and over and above customer service! We highly recommend her and will take our future business to where she is from now on.

Went into the mall today to upgrade my FIDO phone, but as they were out of the phone I was after I was redirected to wow". Rudy and Sophea were absolutely incredible. Buying a new phone is usually an awful experience
