HIGHLY recommend! This was our first time using cleaners and we were a little bit sceptical at first since we had super high standards of what was clean to us, but these cleaners exceeded that! They were amazing and so much quicker than what we could ever do! They even cleaned INSIDE the window sills! Amazing job EcoF! Thanks again!

I was in a rush to get my house cleaned due to visitors, and they responded to my request immediately. I was skeptical at first since it was last minute booking, but when the work was done, we were pleased with the service. The cleaners worked very hard and were professional. They take pride in their work. I highly recommend it. Thank you.

Over 2 hours with two cleaners, for a move in clean of an empty suite. I came in after them and cleaned cleaned cobwebs, dust and had to clean the floors as it seems like they never did they were specifically asked to clean 3 things, the bathroom, the windows and the ceiling fan. The fan blades were dusted but the center part that attaches the blades and light was covered in dust still, the bathtub was still filthy and the windows were not cleaned.When I came in to see the progress at the 2hour mark they were just standing around and when I asked if they were done they said they needed another half hour, why were you just standing around then!?They never even took my name or anything so I'm sure they will reply saying they never serviced me as they seem to say that to lots of the negative reviews.Mess of a company. Incredibly unprofessional.Dont waste your money, hire a different company.

avoid this company!!!!message me and I can send you pics of damage and text messages from owner that refuses to take resposibility!Damaged our child's bed mattress and refuses to fix or repair the damage! while cleaning our home, a female worker left a cleaning solution on the bed, my wife watched he as she walked in and picked it up from the bed. my wife didnt realize till hours later that the solution spilled on the bed. they were paid in full and left without telling us they spilled solution on our kids bed. the entire bed mattress, sheet and blanket all soaked in cleaning solution. this was at 9 pm in the evening. I called them and told them. they said they would send someone. I had to call 4 times to have someone finally show up and tell us that they would only offer to clean the bed and the rest was our problem. this is almost 24 hours of having the cleaning solution soaking into the kids mattress. I tried calling many times finally having the owner tell me he will not fix it and hung up the phone. After admitting they made a mistake, they are now saying its our fault! the owner yelled at me, has offered zero support and doesn't care. they will not accept responsibility!

The 2 ladies work really hard for 6 hours, and they did a good job. Will definitely hire them again when I need my house clean again.

I would give 0 stars if I could. hired them to do a move in clean on my 700 ft2 suite. They were an hour late they spent 2 and a half hours on it and they didn’t clean the floors or the shower or wipe the cupboards or the walls or the baseboards.I walked in at the two hour mark and both of the cleaners were standing around. They took 160 cash upfront. Demanded 40 more afterwards, I said I would pay through etransfer the rest and he upped it to 50. No paperwork whatsoever, i want my money back.Terrible job. These reviews must be from family and friends because they are not accurate. My mother is a retired home care worker and said she could have had it cleaned by herself in one hour. 2 cleaners and 2 and half hours and it’s not even clean, most things aren’t even wiped at all.

We had tenants that left our place in rough shape and we needed someone ASAP as we were having new tenants move in the evening. I called the morning of and they had someone out to my place within a couple of hours. I let them know that I needed the place in two hours as my tenants were coming in. After two hours, I couldn’t believe how much they had gotten done in two hours. I could not find anything wrong with it. My appliances were completely clean, even the inside of the cabinets and drawers were cleaned. Extremely professional, prompt, and committed to doing great work. Will definitely be using again and highly recommend for anyone looking for cleaning services. Definitely worth the $$ and extremely reasonable for the kind of work they do.

The previous tenants did not do a very good job when moving out of this 3 level rental property. We needed a proper professional deep cleaning before moving in. We also needed this cleaned and sanitized urgently so I called ecoF in the morning, on a Sunday, and they came right away, within 2 hours! Did such an amazing job, very thorough and we're feeling more comfortable and it's move-in ready now! Very reasonably priced for the amount of work done and for our peace of mind. Thank you so much to the kind and patient ladies that cleaned to the higher standards. Customer service was also fast, friendly, courteous. Easy payment methods. Very efficient! So happy with the entire process overall!

We used this service and very happy with it. The ladies were on time which was appreciated. The value for this service was extremely worth it. We will absolutely use ecoF cleaners again.
