It immediately transported me back to my childhood memories in Europe.The moment I stepped inside, I was enveloped by the warm ambiance and the tantalizing aroma of authentic Italian cuisine. I savored a mouthwatering meal consisting of succulent pork and velvety mashed potatoes that brought back cherished memories of home-cooked feasts.The grocery section offered an array of exquisite Italian products, making it a veritable haven for anyone seeking the finest Mediterranean ingredients. From artisanal pasta to delectable cheeses, it was a gastronomic paradise!The exceptional customer service and attention to detail made my experience even more memorable. I cannot wait to return to Italian Mercato for another delightful culinary journey. This enchanting establishment is truly a hidden gem in Calgary, and I highly recommend it to anyone craving a taste of Europe!

Please please please review and provide a covid friendly shopping experience. This store is jammed packed no distancing in place . Jan 30 no distancing , no staff wiping down machines , no one regulating any kind of capacity or enforcement to keep customers safe. Ruined my first shopping experience at this location. Managers concern was more on business then safety when brought up to his attention. Shameful. We are in a pandemic! At least try to keep everyone safe . Also please add markers to the floors in front of dessert bakery.

Huge! A beautiful sit-down restaurant. A separate hot food buffet line. A large Italian grocery store with a great meat and cheese deli counter. This Lina's location has it all. My breakfast meal in the restaurant with an Italian espresso drink was delicious! Highly recommended!

What a vibe! Found from too good to go and will 100% be back. It's not just a market place, it's an experience. Really good after hours dining experience was being advertised, will have to check it out!

I am very disappointed in Lina’s. I was a regular customer until I tried the Too Good to Go app. I was very excited they were on there especially because Lina’s is not cheap, but quality has always been top notch.The store is using the app to get rid of expired food, and I am not talking about 1-3 days expired food, I’m talking about expired 10 days (raw chicken), sometimes even over a month ago (fresh lasagna noodles for instance). One of the dishes (the spreads that had expired 5 days ago) gave me food poisoning. To say it is unacceptable would be an understatement. I will boycott Lina’s both as regular and Too Good to Go customer. Lina’s is willing to risk their customers’ health, especially the most vulnerable ones (people who cannot afford their full priced food).

Excellent prices for incredible quality. We ate lunch here one day and breakfast the next. I highly recommend the pizzas and sandwiches. Heck, the pastries, salads, coffees, and hot chocolate are delicious too. There is a market to buy some groceries, meats and gifts as well. Our primary focus was a place for a meeting and there was plenty of room to sit, eat and talk. The food looks delicious and the staff are very helpful and answered all our questions. The hardest part was deciding what to order. See for your self with the attached photos. Yum!

A lot nicer than the one on the Centre St NE. Very good collection and great staff! The gelatos were great. I could not believe how fantastic the Loemon Basil gelato was.We ordered Fungi Pizza and it had honey on it. It made the pizza smell funny na taste terrible! It was not even mentioned on the menu that the pizza came with honey on top. So glad the gelatos were great and changed the taste in my mouth.We will definitely go back for the gelatos and if we get pizza, definitely no honey!

Beautiful atmosphere and look. I had the Chicken Parmigiano,. Wow, just wow! Best I have had in a very long time. I also tried the Norcino pizza- Parmigiano sauce, shaved Porchetta, Fontana cheese, so so good! I highly recommend you check out Lina's for a great tasty meal! Enjoy.

I wouldn’t really recommend here. We are used to going to the NE location but the food at this location is not anywhere close.Wanted Rotisserie Porchetta but it looked like it was sitting out on the heat lamp for a quite long time… looked very dry so I passed. Ordered Quarter chicken but apparently they were out of chicken….Quattro Formaggi was not good at all. The carbonara was crazy salty. Like sooooooo salty that I couldn’t finish even half of it. Arancini is tiny portions. Calamari Fritti though was pretty good hence why i gave the extra star. Without the calamari it would have been just a single star for me. Prob won’t return here.
