CIBC Branch with ATM

Went to this branch to deal with a personal matter for an Estate. From day one Patrick went out his way to help me out. Over at least 5 different meetings he was professional, patient, courteous and he knew his stuff. Last week I met with the branch manager Sophie El Hage to provide me with the information I asked for. Her service is excellent. She values every client the same way. These are the reasons I am switching all my accounts to this branch. I walked out with all my questions answered and all services done..... no stress. Highly recommend branch to do business with .

They close at noon for an hour and on Thursdays their open until 7 but at 5 close their doors for a 15 minute break. No customer service.

Wednesday 03/29 around noon, the security guard said they are closed from 12-1 for lunch,I have to come back after 13:00.

Wasting time, worst and unprofessional custumer service ever.I already closed my account with them and enjoyed the better services with another bank .

CIBC Corporate should get involved and either shut down this branch or restructure, completely. They never answer the phones, it's always an answering machine - if someone answers, they tell you to call the main 1-800 #, when you do call the main CIBC #, they tell you to refer to your branch and call your branch. Rude staff, arrogant, giving wrong information, lack of customer service, huge turnover, when you get assigned a representative, a month later they are not there - the way they behave is exactly like they are being bothered wen asked questions, and should not be there - it's probably one of the rudest most poor of all the branches, you can tell from all the consistently bad reviews how bad it is. For starters, they should answer the phones!!!

Hello everyone, I usually don’t share my review publicly however I would like to take this opportunity and share with you guys the amazing service I received from the staff at this bank. The service was quick and easy. Starting from Bobby the security guy at the door who welcomes customers with a smile. In addition, I would like to thank Mr. Aref Hajjar woking as a Teller for his help in making my bank experience quick and easy. He explained to me the banking details of my recent transaction making sure I left aware of the rules and regulations in case a request from a customer was declined by the management. Finally, I would like to add that Mr. Aref Hajjar seems to have a wide knowledge in the Banking industry and would like to see him in a better position in order to reach his full potential in this domain.Visit this CIBC you won’t regret it!

My wife advised me to open a bank account at CIBC, and it was a great choice, Mr.Aref did an outstanding job! introducing us to the services and products and opened an account for me in a very professional manner, he introduced us to Mr.Dani as well who introduced us to various investment products, all in all it was a very great experience and i'm very pleased with the service.

Aref was of great help and explained to us everything. He took all his time and was super nice and answered all our questions. Make sure to ask for him next time! Great service.

Poor service.Especially the adviser !I had an appointment to open an account but I forgot to bring one document with my self, I went to bring it back from my car, and it took no longer than 2minutes. when I went back she told me you need to take another appointment "Even though she didn't have any customers that time .They really wasted my time that day."
