Vine Luxury Spa

First time at Vine getting gel pedicures and it was such a positive experience! We had a group appointment and they were so accommodating. It was a very private experience and the quality of service was excellent.They techs we had were Amber, Jordan, Sandy. They rock. Promote them!!!

Just had our couple’s massage with my partner and it was our first time together and we love it! The place is so cozy and clean and I like the concept. Jennifer is very friendly, nice and accommodating. Sinead Mitchell and Daniel Bochon, who did our massage, they did a great job! Really appreciate them. The whole package was just so great! Thanks guys! Definitely will go back again. Highly recommended!

The ladies at the Vine always make me feel pampered and I leave feeling better about myself. They are professional, kind and love what they do. I have tried a few different services and each time they are amazing. Especially the facial. It was the first one I had ever had and now I want to do it regularly. My skin felt so great when I was done.

Just got a massage and scalp & foot treatment by Brianna, absolutely amazing my massage was so relaxing as well as the scalp massage and hair masque with paraffin. Got so spoiled thank you everyone for amazing service and Jayden for being such a helpful receptionist!

Well booked a massage ... got there got ready .... waited 20 mins for a different massage therapist to come to me and tell me my massage therapist didn't show up for my appointment and they can not get ahold of her .... offered a 30 min massage instead of the hour I had booked or for me to come back a different day ..... interesting. . Probably not

Thankfully my friend had a really great experience getting her facial. However, I booked this appointment a month in advance and left my credit card info with the front desk. Somehow the notes from the “previous receptionist” were lost. So they charged my friend (who is the bride) instead of me. This also means that my credit card info is floating around their office and they don’t know where. The lady on the phone said “I could just e-transfer my friend and it would be the same.” No, I needed it charged to my credit card for tax purpose.Update: the lady on the phone was a manager. She has now repeatedly called me to fix the issue so that I will remove my review. But I won’t be. Thank you!

Over priced for what you get. The polish for my pedi was uneven, cuticles not pushed back. My facial, no pillow for under the knees, chunks of the mask still on my face afterwards, bright light shone on my face without blackout eye protection, machine made loud beeping sound, the esthetician dropping things on the floor. For the price it should have been more professional.

Great experience , the girl who did my pedicure was a gem and very professional. Overall very happy with my experience and would come back. Highly recommend

What an amazing experience. I got the warrior facial and the staff was fantastic! The best treat your self experience, my face feels so refreshed!

Everytime I enter the vine the atmosphere is absolutely amazing and friendly and kind. They take care of all their clients that walk into the door. And that’s one thing that I love about them.
