Excellent customer service. Canada Post lost my order and Momo Sports was in contact with me the whole time, even willing to resend the item if Canada Post couldn’t locate it. Momo’s customer service answer time was always under 24 hours. CP finally found and delivered the item. Thanks for the help!

Called to confirm 4 sleeping bags in stock - totally got it wrong, drove up there for nothing. They were very nice, but not thrilled about that.

Went to look for bike accessories with my adult children for an upcoming multi day trip to the 1000 Islands .Surprisingly choice was very narrow and in our opinions a bit to rich ... For Us.I was scouting out e-bikes and had sticker shock. Not sure where all the consumers with 3k to 8k come from, that can justify those amounts.Guess will have to wait a bit for the competition to create some more sane deals.

I was looking for knee pads. I found something on Dakine website in sale but wanted to buy it locally. I called Momo to ask if they could match the price. They said yes but you have to print the discount, which is faire. So I went to a printer shop printed the discount. Went to Momo choose the dakine knee pad and when I was at the cash register the manager didn’t want to match the price. He said the blue knee pad were in sale not the back one. In fact the black one were in sale but out of stock. So I asked him if he could do something, knowing that’s the last year collection. He said no. I went back home and bought the knee pad on dakine website. They lost a sale and a customer.

I have ordered two times but it was cancelled. So I called to the store and asked the reason why they were cancelled. But staff didn't explained about it and hung up. It is so rude and stupid response. There's no customer friendly mind on this store.

There is everything here regarding outside sports. There are often good sales. The personnel is knowledgeable and super friendly. The place is huge with a good variety of products. You're in Sherbrook and you spend time outside, this is an excellent stop to make.

Fantastically professional and extremely helpful. I made a mess of my online order, but they took the time to get everything sorted out. They made some great recommendations on backcountry gear, then had the bindings mounted and the lot shipped to Montreal within a day. An unbelievable service: we'll definitely be back for our next outdoor gear needs!

I'm pretty sure it's the largest sporting good store in the area and I only went in to get some shoe thing and the customer service were okay. didn't look like they wanted to help me but once I finally got them too they were somewhat attentive. This is in the shoe department.
