Great service from Anastasia in clothing. I was there about a week ago looking for a pair of pants for my son, but they were out of stock at the time. I was in the store today browsing and Anastasia not only remembered me, she also brought me the now in stock pants I had been looking for earlier. Awesome service as always from the Georgetown location!

Used to work here and I work at a Marks now part time, came back here for the first time in a while to get some shoes. As someone who works at a marks, the customer service here was laughable at best and an absolute joke. The person who helped me in footwear came off unbelievably cold to the point where my girlfriend who was with me but wasn’t even paying attention to our interactions actually picked up on the terrible attitude of the person helping. When I asked them a question about another size they walked away and didn’t even reply to me or look at me, just came out with shoes a couple mins later. Cashier was nice though, so not a total train wreck

kept having issues with my bike. Went to a few places that charged a lot but failed to actually solve the issue.Brought it here and my bike is both fixed and feels better than ever to ride!They were very kind and helpful. Highly recommend this place for bike repair!

Ryan and Serena were outstanding in the bicycles department. I walked inside to pick up one that was preorederd online, but due to their fantastic customer service I walked out with two bicycles. Both were professional, knowledgeable and very helpful to make sure my experience was pleasant. I will definitely return back to give them more business. They under promised and over delivered.

The Staff at this store are incredibly friendly. Tim and Ryan at the service desk were knowledgeable, polite and very honest. Purchased two BMX bikes and the service and once over inspection of both bikes was in great detail, wasn’t expecting this and was pleasantly surprised at how thorough they were! Would definitely recommend this Sport Chek, they Rock!!!

I want to express my sincere appreciation to Ryan in the bike shop. He was incredibly knowledgeable and provided valuable insight into my selection of a trail bike. In addition to his extensive knowledge he was also extremely patient and personable. The vibe in the bike shop area was a very positive atmosphere which is a reflection of their manager, Tom who I met when I went back to pick up my bike. Overall, it was a great experience. Thank you!
