10 & 14 Reid - CLV Group

My husband and I have really enjoyed living on 10 Reid Drive the last 6 years. Our wonderful building manager Judy Drummond has made our time here a memorable one. She made us feel welcomed from Day 1. She is very friendly, personable, and easy to talk to. Anytime we ran into a small issue or had a question, she was always just a phone call or an email away. Both Judy and Dan have also done a fantastic job keeping the building clean and the tenants really happy – including our baby! We would have stayed longer, but when we had our baby in the summer of 2020 we realized that our growing family of 3 needed more space. Streetsville is a beautiful place to live and we’re proud to have called 10 Reid Drive and Streetsville home for as long as we did. There are plenty of walking trails that we got to explore, friendly neighbourhoods, and quaint shops along the main strip (all within a short walking distance away). We couldn’t have been more pleased with our living experience at 10 Reid!

My daughter and her friends lived at 14 Reid Drive. There is not much I can say that hasn't been said about Judy here in the reviews! She is personable, organized and responsive. Her quick responses to email inquiries was a breath of fresh air! As it was my daughter's first time living on her own completely, I felt good knowing Judy was there if they needed anything and that it was a safe apartment. The apartment foyer, hallways/stairs and elevator were always clean! Judy was a pleasure to deal with for the 3 years my daughter lived there with her friends while attending university.

My wife and I moved in to 14 Reid early in 2015. We were both pleasantly surprised on how well the building was maintained on the inside - very clean and up to date. When we met with Judy, we realized why. Judy is probably the best building managers we've ever had the pleasure of getting to know. Before we first moved in, there were a few things that needed repair in our unit, and Judy was already working on it before we moved in. We do a lot of cooking, and requested if a cooking fan could be installed above the stove. without any issue, Judy had it installed for us prior to moving in. Other places we were looking at told it would cost us extra to install the fan and plus they we not giving us a clear answer on whether it could be installed. My wife and I love living here so far!!

We lived at 14 Reid for 6 years a family of three. Judy our building manager is amazing and there is no one like her. She is thoughtful, helpful and takes such great care of both buildings. We moved this year as we were expecting another wee one and we just outgrew the space; otherwise we would never had left!The community within each building is amazing as well, all great people who collectively help maintain the amazing care and cleanliness of the building.

My husband and I moved into your Reid Drive apartments late last year. I have to say that the service provided by building management (Judy and her assistant Dan) is exemplary. Issues are dealt with promptly and the building is spotless at all times. Even through all of the work that has been going on this year, from balcony replacements to flooring replacements to painting, Judy and Dan have done a wonderful job at keeping everything running as smoothly as possible. We enjoy the quiet neighbourhood and the friendliness of the tenants and the staff. We would highly recommend Reid Drive apartments! Keep up the great work!

We had a great move in experience at Reid Drive with Judy (property coordinator) and the CLV group. Judy is always easy to reach, solves problems quickly, and ensures you feel safe while staying at Reid drive. Our puppy approves of the new apartment and gets spoiled by Judy everyday with treats! We highly recommend anyone who is looking for a well kept apartment building with very friendly tenants, and an awesome property coordinator like Judy, to consider Reid drive for their new home!

We recently moved in, in April and our whole experience thus far has been great. The apartment as a whole is very well taken care of. When we moved in the apartment had been detailed and it felt like we were moving into a brand new space. The best part about 14 Reid drive is that our superintendent Judy is incredible...she goes above and beyond for every tenant every day. She has clearly taken each relationship she has made to heart and takes care and maintains them. She works tirelessly to keep the place looking immaculate. Overall we are so pleased we chose this live here!!

I was looking for a one-bedroom apartment in the north-west Mississauga area and was pleasantly surprised when I found one available on Reid Drive. I love Streetsville, and being within walking distance of the shops/restaurants is an added bonus! The apartment I selected is small, but has been completely renovated. Everything is new and it looks like a model home in a new condo building. I know I'll be very comfortable there for many years.Judy, the Site Manager, is wonderful! She is a no-nonsense, straight talker and a warm, compassionate person. Judy truly cares about the people who live in her buildings and I'm looking forward to being one of her tenants.

From the moment I viewed my apartment, I knew this was the perfect place. Judy (the best superintendent ever) was most welcoming, and has always been so caring and helpful. She and Dan have been absolutely amazing during Covid...their hard work and conscientious cleaning have been very much appreciated. My family feels so safe and cared for. :)Beautifully maintained building, and surprisingly quiet even though the train tracks are nearby...the honking of geese flying by is actually far more annoying, but speaks to the natural surroundings. :)Fabulous location - walking through Streetsville is lovely, and the building overlooks Streetsville Memorial Park (I could see Canada Day fireworks from my balcony!).If you're in need of a great place to call home, look no further...you will not be disappointed with living here! =D

I have lived here for a year and a half and there aren't words for how kind, generous, thoughtful yet firm Judy is! She is always happy to help, she makes the building feel like a community, and she certainly isn't afraid to put her foot down to protect her tenants. I can't say I've had one negative experience living here. Judy makes it a fantastic place to call home, and she handpicks the best tenants to live in our community. Thank you for all that you do!
