This business is run by person named Omar Goulet" who is just handyman. He is not professional at all when it comes to appliance repair. He DOES NOT know how to open Samsung Washers and Dryers. He even asked for my help to open my Samsung Dryer to diagnose the problem and he had to look at some YouTube videos to see how to open Dryer. It was minor issue of just replacing rollers in the dryer

Mother purchased two appliances from someone named Omar Goulet at Ottawa-Carleton Appliance Recycling Depot on 66 Colonade drive unit 1. She wrote a cheque and was given a delivery date and time. No show. Then told he would deliver on Monday... again no show. Mail box full and store is now empty. Better Business Bureau contacted and told to contact Police. Police contacted and told it was a civil matter.
