Jones & Associates has been handling my personal insurance for a few years. Everyone has always been professional, very friendly, and communication is quick and efficient. Charlene is amazing and always happy to help me out. Other family members moved to Jones and are very happy with the service as well.

We moved our insurance over to Jones this year. Our broker, Evan, was knowledgeable and helped us get a lower insurance premium on our home and auto insurance. They offer competitive rates in addition to the valuable advice and genuine service. Excellent customer service and experts with insurance. Having been with one company my entire life, I had no idea the difference between an agent and a broker. Our broker works in our best interest, not for an insurance company. They gave us options, pros, and cons when looking at what company to put our home and auto insurance with. We also discovered we were over-insured in some areas and under in others. I feel better knowing that our broker looks at our policy yearly to ensure that our price aligns with the other companies they offer and checks in with us to see if our coverage should change.
