Great experience this morning. Friendly staff, delivering good snacks and coffee all the while with big smiles and positive attitude. I don't spend much/any time in these typically but was rewarded for showing up today. Thank-you!

this location is so great & the staff is SO helpful, so empathetic ♡ i feel so safe at this location and they’re always so kind!!! the drinks are PERFECT, these staff are UNMATCHED. also michael - is an angel!

I am a regular at this Starbucks and l have never had a problem. The staff is extremely friendly which makes it comfortable and pleasant to go there. I rather pay more just for the friendly service. I find a lot of other places, if you return an order cause they didn’t make it right or got the wrong one, I find they’re rude about it and argue with you. I’ve never had that problem with Starbucks. Love this location and staff ❤️

The person we were meeting suggested Starbucks, so we met and talked there. Nice atmosphere, pretty quiet. Wouldn't ever pay what they want for drinks, but if that's your thing, this would be a good place to sit and work on a laptop.

My drink was really good- the staff was able to answer all of questions and happy to do so. The atmosphere was loud and not somewhere I would sit in and try to talk with anyone or go to relax. The staff worked as fast as possible to serve those waiting- although more staff were focused on the drive thru- which was extremely busy. I did find waiting for 15 minutes for my one drink a bit excessive- even though it was delicious.I will go to Starbucks again but will be more prepared!

640 am - currently in the drive through with one vehicle ahead. All signs indicate business is open but zero movement. Walk to the front door. Locked. Clearly there are employees inside; however, no one acknowledges me. Walk past the drive thru window to my vehicle. Finally, at 645 we hear through the speaker they won’t be opening until 7 today.

Nice story. Friendly staff and fast service. I tried the Strawberry Oat Matcha Latte for the first time. It was flavorful without being too sweet.

Ordered a tall pike place and they were out and had a Americano instead. It took 12 minutes for the coffee; the staff was laughing and taking their time when 3 people were waiting. They forgot the milk in my coffee and that took another 5 minutes.Stonebridge location service is quicker and they are very busy in there and you never have to wait.

Stop begging for tips at the drive through. Forcing me to handle a machine to select NO TIP every time I go through the drive through is a joke. I pay an obscene price for coffee already, why do you need a tip on top for a multi million dollar corporation ????? Pay your employees better instead of prompting me for a tip every chance you get.
