I had a great car sale experience with Nathan. This is how it went:1. I listed my car for sale2. Nathan contacted me saying he was interested but not at that price3. We agreed on a price that was fair4. He asked for my personal information to write a checkAt this point I was like 'Wait, what? This sounds too good to be true'. I was extremely apprehensive so I decided to go to the dealership in person to confirm that, in fact, Nathan was a real person. I was instantly reassured as soon as I met with him. He understood my apprehension and slight paranoia and we continued with the sale process in person.In the end, the transaction happened quickly and painlessly. Nathan made it all really easy for me. This location is quite far from where we live, but we still ended up buying the car from here because of the superior service provided by Nathan. My initial casual e-mail inquiry was promptly responded by Nathan who answered all my questions about the car and worked through the process of assessing the value of my trade-in car. Nathan was very professional throughout the process and made our experience very pleasant. He is very responsive and was very patient with me through out the process. During the test drive visit, he gave us all the time we needed to make a decision. We went for three long test drives in two different cars which took lot of time but still Nathan stayed late in the office (after hours) to make sure we were comfortable with the car before signing the deal. Nathan made us very confident about our purchase, and It was mainly because of his excellent service that we were convinced of buying our next ride from this location. Alex made the entire experience of buying my new Acura 2023 Integra Elite A-spec MT so wonderful. I have never felt more accepted and at home at a business before! Alex took the time to explain everything to me and called Acura Link with me in the vehicle to try to set up my Acura Link services. She was a little under the weather but still made sure to be there for me and if that isn’t going above and beyond I don’t know what is! She also made sure that my old rims from my old car were picked up from where I was storing them without me having to do anything :) the entire service department already knows my name and greeted me personally when I came in today to get something checked out.
