I am a new comer to canada, did not have a lot of money to spent on a vehicle. While searching for a car in my budget online , came across zoom Motors website two months ago and found their prices quite affordable and after visiting the dealership, the owner Mr. Girish, really understood my concerns and put me in a vehicle which worked out great for me and my family. Worst experience ever. Bought a used car on 14 April from this dealership. Paid in full. Everything went good. It shows no accident vehicle and got Carfax as well. First of all according to condition of car, it was overpriced. Secondly, battery was not working very first day when we went to see, Gary told us it is because cars are not started from a long time. He jumped the car and we took it for test drive. But now after exact 10 days battery encountered a problem. I was ready to leave for office in morning on 23 and it won't start. Booked an uber and when I came back jumped the car with someone's help, it worked. Took again yesterday and same thing happened. Waited for 2 hours until help arrived. Messaged Gary, no use. He was saying things that I know as well like asking someone to jump the car and get battery replaced. I know that but where is the sense of responsibility? I have exhausted all my savings for this car as I am new to this country and working and studying as well. Even I encountered problem with tire very second day. It burst and when I contacted him. He said I have set of 4 and I said I only require one and he said I won't give one, take atleast 2 and charged me 75 dollars for that and sent us to a car mechanic to get them replaced where I found out other front tire is also leaking so had to give approx 50 dollars over there. If he had a little empathy for his customers he would have given me one tire easily but it is all about money. Now also he is asking me to go to some mechanic to replace battery and take 10$ discount as if 10 dollars is a huge deal. I have spend around 8.5k right now and I don't know how much I have to spend more just to make this car work and reach office in time. I feel like I made a really big mistake trusting this dealership and spending my hard earned money. And uber expensed and day offs I have to take because of this problem are extra. So instead of making my life easier it is more difficult now. So, I will recommend not to buy from here and if you do please get your car inspected and don't trust blindly.

I got my dream car from Zoom motors. They have a great selection of vehicles and Garry is really nice and pleasant to work with. He stayed after working hours to take me for a test drive and do all the paperwork. He is an honest guy and I would highly recommend buying from him. Overall, very satisfied and happy with my purchase!

Garry has a good selection of cars and sold me a Camry that’s very reliable. Garry is very transparent and shows you the number in a reasonable way, and he would give you a decent offer.

I am a new comer in Canada (from the Phillipines) and I bought my Nissan Juke 2011 SL AWD (zero accidents w/ Carfax) with 102k kms on the mileage. I am driving it for 2 months now and I havent encountered any problem with it. Given that currently I could not make a loan with banks, I even got a better deal with regards to the payment since Mr. Girish accepted my payment scheme with a combination of cash and credit card. I maxed out my CC and I was able to spread the payments to 12 mos and bargain the monthly fee to almost 0% interest rate. The only thing I didnt see it coming was that ICBC monthly insurance is more costly if the car is still not yet fully paid just like my newly acquired Juke compared if you already personally own the car. Nevertheless, still didnt change my overall judgement that I got the better or best deal from Zoom Motors. More power to your business.
