Arora Tailors

I ordered some pants and suits for my boys from Arora, which were delivered on time. But one of the pants didn't really fit one of my boys, and he was already moody. I decided to make a complaint since he wasn't going to wear it till after three days. I explained my ordeal to the customer care representative and how urgent we would like it fixed. She (I can't remember her name) assured me everything would be settled in two days. Eventually, it got to my house in time, but my son was already agitated and thought his prom night was ruined. Anyways, it was a good experience overall.

I ordered 2 3 pc suit one tuxedo and one normal , one Kurta pajama. It was for wedding. First of all he did not delivered it on time and when he delivered it all three ordered were made wrong . Instead of tuxedo he made narmal suit. Moreover other suit was made in wrong colour and kurta pajama was not made according to measurement he took money in advance and yet not delivered me the proper dressing . He ruined my function I have to spend money again elsewhere . I will recommend not get any kind of service from this guy .

The first few suits I wore when I went to Arora were perfect, but the pattern I loved most had wider shoulders. The attendant promised that they would get it fixed if I wanted that particular pattern. Within a week, I got a new suit that was my exact size that needed no further adjustment. They get my five stars for sure.

I always dreaded a custom fit shop because it usually comes with overpriced suits. I know they pay their staff a lot, but I still wanted them to beat the price a bit so I could afford more than a pair. Anyways, Arora tailor custom fit is the solution I have always wanted. There was a particular suit I saw on their website that had a sweet price I couldn't believe. So, I went to their physical store to confirm the price and check if the material was quality enough considering the price. To my amazement, it was a good quality fabric with great stitching. I didn't waste any time before concluding to buy the suit. If you want an affordable and quality suit, go to Arora already.

Arora tailors has more understanding staff than I expected for a custom fit shop. They were easy to talk to and answered me politely and friendly. I thought I was too sensitive to their courteous approach until a friend recently confirmed that he had a great experience shopping with them. So, I decided to shop with them again, and they stepped up the game with professional and friendly service. I will recommend as many people as possible because I love what they do at Arora.

Service of Arora tailors is very bad. I give him sherwani for alterations but they didn’t do their work properly even not give respond to my call….unprofessional people

Very good and professional tailor. He told me exactly the time my suit was going to be completed and it was a week earlier. So happy with his work ethic that I've sent seven more friends and relatives to his shop. Definitely I recommend this shop. Workmanship is top notch and the prices are unbeatable. The service deserve more than five stars.

I am from Montréal and came to order especially to get these custom suit.Very Bad experience with this guy .Ordered four suits 2 for me and 2 my brother in may 21.Never answered my calls and neither replied by whatsup msg.He messed up on 3 suits when I told him these colour ,pattern, is not what we ordered. He started giving excuses of nice fit, booklet is old, colour changes all time .Sir I am paying $450 suit not have an excuse of yours.We have party at 9 July now everything is f.. kedup. Don't go here otherwise you can feel the same xperience as of me.

I have very bad experience with Arora tailor.On our wedding we give our wedding outfit for alterations to him but a day before wedding they didn't even pick our call.I suggest to all never spoil your time and money with those unprofessional people.very poor service
