Bought a mattress that came with a small black stain, later turned into mold less than a month later. The new mattress cover we bought at the same time was covered in it, and they said there was nothing they could do for the 2000$ mattress. Highly disappointing, not what we were expecting from such a company that sells moldy mattresses and blaims you for it afterwards. Dont shop here.

When the mattress was delivered there were 2 holes in the packing plastic and the mattress had a small black stain (I put a mattress cover on top) :(The first few days the mattress seemed very comfortable, but just 3 weeks later I started to feel the springs of the mattress. Terrible.

We waited a good 10 to 15 min in the store without anyone acknowledging us verbally. The sales ppl had clients and one of them was looking at us and when he was free he left to smoke!!!! We left after that!

Very unfriendly staff, I went Sunday 15-1-2019 with my husband to buy pillows and sheet sets, they act in a way it makes us feel we r not welcomed, plus when we went home the pillow didn't inflate, my husband went back the second day to replace it, the employee was so RUDE to him in a racists way, that's not acceptable in 2019, we've never felt unwelcomed or humiliated like that before, I Just wanted to leave the store.

The sales lady recommended a wonderful mattress and super smooth bamboo sheets as well. Everything she said turned out to be true and I got a wonderfully comfortable sleeping environment at a good price.

Very lovely experience shopping here! Geraldine helped my partner and I find the best fit for a mattress—she didn't front load us with a ton of features and info, just a few starter questions and we were off! It was really nice to try a variety of pillows in tandem as well. She also gave us super clear answers to our questions and never pressured us throughout the entire process. For such a big expense we really appreciated that. Having the option to swap our choice in the first 100 days if we didn't like it was reassuring too. Would recommend this place!

Bought 2 pillows there.Quality is perfect! Enjoying sleeping for almost 90 days.I would suggest this place but If the price is not a question.
