I always visit this location to see Fatima for my upper lip threading, and decided to try doing body waxing as I usually go else where. My initial booking was at 3:20PM for upper lip threading, half arm and half leg waxing, and underarms. I called in advance at 9AM to reschedule for a later time and the lady at front desk told me 3:50PM was available. I confirmed for 3:50PM, and closer to my appointment at 3:30PM I get a call saying if I’m still coming…I told her I was on my way as my appointment at 3:50 but she said that the lady who picked up in the morning forgot to change my appointment to 3:50. She asks if Fatima can do my upper lip, half arm and underarms and if Nicki I believe her name was could do my half legs. I agreed to do so as I was already on my way and have an event I need to attend the next day. My service with Fatima was excellent as per usual. Nikki put me through so much pain and was pulling the wax cloth so aggressively. She was just very messy, everything was extremely sticky and she was only using one hand most of the time. I have very very high pain tolerance and I was in so much pain. After my service I went to pay the lady at the front desk and she was not there, I waited for her until she came, before I paid, the lady at the front desk asked me how my service was and I explained that my service with Fatima was excellent but my second service with Nikki was very painful and sticky. She literally ignored what I said and proceeded to pass me the debit machine… I am beyond disappointed and upset with my service today. Especially with the customer service after raising an issue with the lady at the front desk. I’m unsure of how much experience Nikki has and don’t want to speak upon that, but waxing is a very serious matter and not anyone can do it. It's important for businesses to prioritize customer feedback and address any concerns or issues that arise. While the lady at the front desk may not have been properly trained in customer service or may have been having a bad day, it's not acceptable for her to ignore a customer’s feedback and proceed with the payment without acknowledging my concerns.

Overall I would give this place 2 out of 5 stars. The customer service was good but the overall waxing was bad. I asked for softly shaped thin eyebrow, and I got bricks, literal bricks on my face. Plus they are not evenly shaped.

I previously had an issue with this wax bar but I decided to update my review because of their excellent customer service. The owner reached out to me personally and was the nicest and very professional business owner I’ve ever dealt with. Now a days a lot of business owners don’t really care and for her to take the time to contact me personally showed that she really cares about her clients/business. I will continue to bring my daughter here to see Stephanie. Thank you Sara I appreciate you reaching out.

Had my first wax appointment (ever) here today with Nichole, she was fantastic! Made me feel super comfortable the entire time. Will continue to go back to her! She is lovely

Fatima is amazing!! Best Brazilian I’ve ever had. It was basically painless and she got every hair. She’s also the sweetest lady ever. Can’t wait to come back
