Amazing experience from start to finish!We were warmly greeted upon entering the large showroom and left to browse at our leisure instead of a pushy/overbearing salesperson “chasing” us around the store.Sherri was sure to check in with us and is more than knowledgeable on ALL the products available.She stayed in touch to keep us informed as our bedroom set had to be ordered and followed up upon delivery.The delivery gentleman that arrived provided white glove service and set up.I would highly recommend Finesse and Sherri if you are looking for quality furniture with an excellent 10/10 experience!

Even in this tight delivery times we got some great pieces with great advice. Sherri was wonderful and answered all queries honestly. Delivery was on time and well done with all directions followed. All around a very positive experience.

Very happy with our Stressless furniture purchase from Finesse and especially all the help we got from Sherri. She is very knowledgeable, patient and professional. She provided monthly updates on our order and followed up before and after delivery to ensure everything went well with the delivery. The delivery team did an excellent job moving a heavy piece of furniture upstairs and around a narrow corner.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Showroom is huge, merchandise is obvious quality…but the best part is the people! We were warmly welcomed, then encouraged to shop by ourselves - no overbearing/pushy/sales person. We were able to take our time, enjoy the rooms and converse privately about what we saw. Sherri was sure to check in on us as needed, and never once pushed for a sale. She was extremely knowledgeable about the products, took the time to ensure we were set up exactly for our space/situation and kept in touch right through to the delivery people leaving! Delivery was quick, they respected our space, took their time to set everything up properly and with care. Already have plans to go back for our bedroom furniture - 10/10 experience!

We bought our master bedroom suite through finesse. Sherri was a pleasure to deal with, very knowledgeable, helpful and hands on. Checked in with us before and after the delivery. The delivery guys were very clean and professional.Finesse prices of our handstone furniture was also lower than competitors prices.Overall five stars all around, will definitely be coming back to finesse in the future.

We just recently had a very enjoyable shopping experience at Finesse Furniture in Edmonton South. We were greeted by a very friendly but not pushy sales person. He offered his name, Bob, and told us he would leave us to shop, if we needed anything to call on him. I can’t remember a time where I hadn’t been followed and somewhat harassed by the sales people at any furniture store. This was very refreshing! As we walked through the store it felt very homey and has a very diverse selection of beautiful pieces. We had gone in looking for a console table, BUT we happened upon a leather sectional….although we hadn’t been looking for one that day, this one was perfect for our space! Then around the next corner…a perfect teak coffee table. We called on Bob and within about 30min we were walking out, the happy new owners of two beautiful pieces of furniture. Prices are very reasonable for high quality pieces. Convenient delivery within 2days and the delivery guys took care in unwrapping, placing our pieces and cleaning up afterward. We would recommend shopping here as our experience was so pleasant from beginning to end….ask for Bob!

Great experience from stepping in the door to delivery. Sherri was very kind, helpful and efficient. She explained the options well and was very communicative through the whole process. Showroom was also beautiful to walk through with options and styles for all. We will return for furture furniture considerations.

We recently purchased two Stressless chairs from Finesse Furniture after a very comfortable and relaxing shopping experience. Sherri, our sales representative was extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. She encouraged us to try and retry all the chairs to ensure we picked the most comfortable and best fit for each of us.
