I’ve been a loyal Mini Cooper driver for over 20 years and the service at the Richmond location is the best.Lots of parking and huge lounge area with free drinks. Customer service is always top notch. Quick fast serviceWay better than the Vancouver location which since they moved has gone down hill.

We Purchased a Mini Cooper Countryman from Leslie. He was amazing from start to finish. When my husband found the most beautiful car in the showroom but it wasn’t a countryman, Leslie advised us we were able to order one in a countryman . He was patient in answering all our questions, detailed out a version of the car in a countryman (he’s very knowledgeable in every type of mini) and overall it was just a wonderful experience dealing with him. It was a quick turnaround time from order time to in hand was just 2 months. On pick up Leslie made it an exciting and fun time. He gave us an extensive walk through of the vehicle and was very patient and we did not feel rushed at all. Thanks Leslie for such a great experience.

It's been a long time since I've dealt with the sales department at Mini Richmond, but their Service Team is the A++ team. MULTIPLE times the team at Mini Richmond have found issues left by other technicians when I go elsewhere, solidifying my opinion to not take my car anywhere else if I can help it. Jay, Kevin, and Steven have been working on my vehicles for years now and they always take such good care of my Mini, and me by always doing their best to get me out of the shop with a smile on my face.Although the other mini locations are just as easy for me to get to, in terms of distance, I always always always choose Mini Richmond for their stellar team.Big thanks for always doing an A++ job!

We got our first MINI plug-in hybrid countryman yesterday! Thanks Natalie and the team for the assistance along the way. Despite the shortage of hybrid cars in town, it just took us less than two months to get our dream car – from enquiry to delivery. It’s just amazing.
