I dealt with TingTing Qui. It took 3 weeks and multiple pages from his office for him to get back to me. Said he would email me an application for rental, never did, Had to page again multiple times. once i was able to send application there was no follow up. I had to contact him again only to be told application was declined with no reason, he was very rude and i could barely understand him on the phone. The rental is still available as i write this review several weeks later. I guess having first last rent, references, credit reports and sufficient income is not enough to rent with this company
