I had severe butt pain as a result of long flight that triggered previous biking injuries/tear and I could not sit,sleep sideways/on the back for several days...I had immediate relief after the first visit to Joel and now all the pains are gone after a few followup visits . Joel also provided videos and detailed instructions how a patient can do stretches to speed up the recovery. An excellent physiotherapist !

I was suffering from intermittent shoulder pain for more than a year and decided to seek help. Good thing I found Physio pain solutions. Joel is excellent at what he does! He uses holistic approach in his practice. He’s attentive, extremely knowledgeable and kind.I already see the difference in our 3rd session, looking forward to no pain anymore. Ive been experiencing neck, jaw and back pain for several years already and finally decided to seek help. Went to Physio Pain Solutions hoping that I will be able to find relief. I must say that Joel is very professional and warm in his approach, I really felt in each of his interventions that he was listening and working to find the best solution for my problem. I Went here last June for a consultation due to a severe back pain it was even difficult for me to walk that time, Joel was very accomodating, he explained the situation to me and prepared the treatment plan and just after the 1st session my back pain was almost gone it was very managable and I’m able to walk properly also the follow-ups were very helpful. I strongly recommend this place, also very close to the metro.
