I found Amy through a website called ask for help today. I feel very lucky to have found her. Even though all our sessions have been remote, I have connected with her better than I have any other psychologist. She provides practical advice and tools that have helps me learn more about myself. She also lets me express myself and my needs as I see fit rather than a one size fits all approach.

Amy is an amazing therapist! I have been working with her for over a year and she has been extremely helpful in dealing with a variety of issues.I believe her specialty is helping with anxiety but from my experience she seems an expert on many different fields of psychology.The biggest endorsement I can give is to say that she genuinely cares about her clients and will go above and beyond to help, and always in a non-judgemental way.I highly recommend Amy's psychological services.
