Really fantastic. I needed something quick, I thought it was an uncommon form and in fact other notaries turned me down. But Wendy slotted me in the next day, she had everything ready. I just walked in and signed. Super easy. By far the best experience I've had with a notary around here. I would definitely go back if I ever needed notary services in the future. Highly recommended.

I have used Wendy's services three times now over the past 8 years for real estate transactions.Rarely do I find somebody as OCD to details as myself. She didn't miss a single beat and handled all my real estate sales/purchase with such ease that I didn't have to do anything at all.Literally - I sent an email to request for her service, have my realtor send her the needed documents and I just had to show up before completion and sign paperwork. She had done all the research and hard work on mortgages, property taxes, management company, empty home declaration. She didn't miss ANYTHING.Everything was communicated to me in a clear and concise manner. She followed up as she promises. She is also extremely pleasant to deal with and answered all my emails promptly to put my worries at bay.I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking for notary services. She will make everything go smoothly like butter. I wish I can give her more stars than five.

Unfortunately, unlike others, I would not recommend using Wendy Fuller's services.Wendy Fuller was recommend by my realestate agent, and it went well at first. I needed a notary public for a property transaction. 3 months after the deal was done, I realise that the property was still not transferred under my name, only because it was time to pay property taxes. Wendy was fully aware of the issue but failed to notify me. Later on I contacted Wendy about a mailing address issue and was assured that it will be taken care off. Never happened. It has aready been a year. I have tried calling and emailing and was simply ignored. It was a frustrating situation, especially because Wendy seemed very friendly and professional at first.

Wendy was so helpful and accommodating when I needed a document notarized on short notice. She completely saved the day and was very friendly. I’d gladly recommend her for all your notary needs :)
