Purchased their top $500 erig unit in Sackville.. after 4 uses and less than a week since purchase it stopped working. “Not our problem… deal with the manufacturer”. No exchange, no refund, no troubleshooting.. just horrible service. take my advice… Just buy online… supporting them gets you no where.

Awesome and extremely helpful staff. Unfortunately the store is a little small thus slightly limits its stock. However, at the same time the store offers a bigger variety than you would expect for such a little shop.I always leave there happy.

I walked in looking an inexpensive and simple vaporizer and the friendly sales clerk showed my a Randy's Echo, which was exactly what I was looking for. He gave a quick demonstration of the controls and temperature indicator lights, explained the warranty, and that was that. Great products, friendly service and good prices. What more could you ask for :-)

Today during the work time, this shop was closed. Without any notice about it. Nobody picked the phone when I called. Waited about 30 minutes near the store and nobody came. Also another guy was very upset about this, like me.

Love shopping here when I do. The guy who usually runs it is pretty knowledgeable about what they sell and he is always very kind and polite. Actually won a giveaway here for a bowl that was blown to look like a wizard and I still use that bowl now.

abnormal pricing. pricing varies for the same product. I bought an ash catcher. i bought it for 35 dollars. i broke it the same day. next day i went to store and then it became 50 dollars. inconsistent pricing. will not recommend.

Only ever called the store during my visit to Halifax, but I knew nothing about how cannabis worked there and the gentleman that answered my phone call delivered all the necessary information and then some in a very friendly and helpful manner, despite knowing I wouldn't be stopping by their store. That kind of genuine, consumer-friendly service is pretty damn rare these days, hell I almost bought a bong out of respect. Great spot I'm sure

bought something from them it broke, when. was opening it. (manufacturer defect it was decided by their staff) took it back for a gift certificate and now they close their doors.???? wow.. they deserve to close! good riddance!
