ZERO RATING..!!!I was told that there is a wait time for about 40-45 min. Then after about more than an hour of waiting, they asked me to wait in another room. I waited around 45 min. but still doctor did not come so I asked receptionist whether doctor is coming or not? She said it will take some more time.I couldn’t wait any longer so I left the clinic without even seeing a doctor.Such an irresponsible behaviour and would not recommend this medical centre to anyone!!!

I am very satisfied from the services which i received during my pregnancy. all the staff members are very polite and cooperative. I am thankful to Dr. Sabha Cheema for being a very cooperative family doctor. I really appreciate the efforts of Dr. Mavish. By talking with Dr. Mavish i feel very positive and motivated. Thank you team for your great services.

Overall experience was great. Waiting time was not more than 30 mins as a walk in on saturday.Dr. Umair iqbal is sincere, polite and quite skilled.He is assigned as my family doctor and I never had a single issue regarding his services.I reffered one of my collegues to him and she is very happy with the services as well.

Zero rating. what a horrible and disgusting interaction with doctor. I had written a dissatisfying review 2 months ago concerning the wait time and lack of attention. Unfortunately, I had to come here again for my child’s injury as it was urgent and considering the fact I have my child’s record here. Staff was nice but the owner, same doctor, comes in starts to say weren’t you the one who left a previous bad comment and your here again. Wow! these are the people we entrust our lives with. My child is here in this very moment. Instead of addressing the purpose of my child’s medical need he goes on about my so called bad review. I left without even discussing the main concern (my child’s health). I can no longer trust this doctor with my child’s life. If he had apologized for the wait time and be sincere about the job after addressing my child’s concern I would’ve taken back what I said or i would’ve been writing a good review right now. Clearly your business reputation is more important than client care. Wonder why your medical office is rated poorly.

I visited there on Saturday at 12 pm and waited for doctor till 3pm, 2 hours main area and one hour in room waiting for doctor, for just 7-10 mins interactions with her. They wasted my whole day. I have already called Wednesday to book an appointment to save my time but front desk lady said Saturday is for walk-ins. If they have such long waiting hours, they should give appt to patients. Horrible experience.

Just called them 16 times,cudnt get through to the doctor though,need meds asap...but noooooo...just wasted 1.5 hours of my life.thank you..Correction: got the meds finally after 4 days of rolling around so changing from 1 star to 3 star.U guys still need to get your phone department in order,its not upto canadian standards.its complacent harrasment.

I visited Gore Queen medical centre yesterday with my 2 kids and was very pleased with my experience. The service I received was excellent - the staff was friendly and professional, and I felt well taken care of. The wait time was reasonable, and I didn't feel like I was sitting around waiting for too long.Dr Cheema is my kid’s doctor from last 11 years. It's an amazing place with an amazing staff, very accommodating and supportive.

Dr Sabha and Dr Waqar, are one of the very few doctors in Canada that go above and beyond for patient care. The clinic is always clean and adheres to strict hygiene measures. The staff is well informed, polite, and fully trained. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately I can’t give no stars to post. This is the worst doctors office in Brampton. I came at 10am when the office opened. Prior to coming I called numerous times but no answer so I walk in. There was no other patients waiting in the office and the doctor hasn’t arrived yet. The front desk advised doctor be here at 11am. I went to TIm Hortons to kill time and returned at 10:45. Still no sight of doctor and no other patient has come. I’m here with a sick 4 year old who is becoming very fussy. I got into the room at 11:13am doctor comes then gets a phone call and leaves. It’s been over 20mins just waiting in the room for doctor to come back. Take in the factor there was no other patients in the office, I came early to avoid the wait but here I am 1.5 hour of waiting. Ridiculous location. Very disrespectful. They don’t care of patients if so how do you make a sick child wait 1.5 hours when there is no other patients waiting to see doctor!!!!!! The Ray Lawson location is so much better!!!
