I made a reservation the day prior online and I woke up to a message on my phone stating that they had no vehicles to rent. I explained to them I made the reservation because I needed a car to get to work.They said they couldn’t do anything.I was able to rent from a much more dependable car rental place Enterprise in Pickering.

Don’t recommend. Be sure to take photos of the vehicle when you return it. Without notifying me, they charged my credit card $500 because they said I had a bunch of dogs in the vehicle and said they had to send it away to be detailed. I don’t own a dog. ***update: I have disputed the charge with my credit card company. Value said they could not provide any photo evidence of the damage... I would not rent from any Value truck rental places in durham, they're money hungry.
